I had a great stay in this cozy boutique hotel. Its located on a narrow old street on San Blas neighborhood and had a lot of charachter, it really helps you to get a feeling of old Cusco and provides with a really authentic experience. Rooms are spacios with a very distinctive desing, my room was a the 3rd (top) floor and had a high ceiling with rustic wooden piles at the top. The bad seemed to be a bit firmer than my likes, but turned out to be very comfortable, I didn't have any issues sleeping. There is a heater in the room which gets switched on from 6pm till the morning. It was still a bit "fresh" in the room but somehow it was only adding to the overall authentic feeling, didnt mind it at all. The reception staff was super friendly and spoke very good English, they took care of taxis and helped with communication to travel agencies regarding my tours. The only thing I wish could be improved is the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited — few cold cuts & cheeses, cereals and scrambled/fried eggs.

Great place. Made us feel more like at home rather then a hotel which is sort of the experience that we were looking for. People are complaining about the breakfast which was exactly the same as in every 3 star hotel that we visited in that area. After all it’s a Hotel, not a restaurant and the amount of restaurants in Cusco is overwhelming and extremely inexpensive so I have no idea why complaining at all?! Very helpful people at the desk, warm rooms, and overall a good location away from all the noise yet near by everything.

Beautiful place, good attention, the room was beautiful with new facilities. I put 4 and not 5 because the breakfast was rich but there was little choice. Equally content!

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms decorated in sympathy with the beautiful colonial building its set in. Breakfast could be better and overall do expect concierge etc like a regular hotel, but wouldn't have changed it!

Very cost and pleasant hotel with good tastes! Clean and spacious room, the design is simple but very comfortable! The hotel has it's own cafe, which was ranked as the second best to eat/have coffee in Cusco. You'll have lunch at that coffee. In one morning, we needed to leave from the hotel at 3:40am to go to a tour to Rainbow Mountain. We asked the staff about the breakfast at the night before the tour, then we got a small breakfast box each at 3:30. It's small, but shows the hotel cares!

The attention is impeccable, there is safe in the rooms and satellite TV. Pity the man at the front desk who falls asleep just the last day I had to get up because we had the plane ride.

Super comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location in the neighborhood of San Blas, near the viewpoint of the neighborhood and about 5 blocks (in descent! ) of the Plaza de Armas. Where are the tourist houses to hire tours, the exchange houses and the whole move for tourism that part of the streets that leave the square! Very good breakfast Very warm attention. On my recommended list!

Pros: Free water bottles in our room every day and a great location (near to the plaza San Blas and the Plaza de Armus) are really all this place has going for it. Cons: The breakfast was not that good. Getting into & out of the hotel on the tiny street that it's on is a little iffy at times. The service there was not great: e. G. We were supposed to have breakfast brought to us one morning at 5:30am (so we could get to our flight on time) and it never came and the person at the front desk didn't know anything about it. The windows did not have screens and there was no way to open the windows without letting everyone see inside the room (curtains would have been nice). Overall: great location and having free water everyday as a foreigner to that altitude was awesome. But I would not stay here again.

We met the owner who was extremely sweet. The staff is a little bit stuck up and not very helpful. We had to pay a 10% compulsory tip which we would have had no problem with unless it was mentioned before.

Located in the bohemian district of Cuzco, this hotel has exceptional service and great location to explore the city. The manager and the employees there are the best that me and my wife have had the pleasure of working with. The hotel is very safe and the breakfast is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, make sure you walk around San Blas, the neighborhood is incredible due to its artisan roots.
