It is a very nice hotel. Comfortable. The breakfast is very complete. The good location is not very far from the center.

Very nice and welcoming owner. This hotel and the service we received was one of the highlights of our trip to Cusco. Free Coca tea in the lobby and lots of seating to wait for taxis that they can arrange for you. Since we decided to sleep in and enjoy the free breakfast, we weren’t able to visit the ruins on the way to Ollantaytambo with Loki Travel, which was our original plan. However, the owner recommended Sumaq Travel SAC (Sergio Prieto Cabrera) and we enjoyed a private ride to all of the ruins we wanted and were able to spend as much time enjoying them as we wanted too. He was very knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, and even showed us the capsule hotels above the Urubamba River. We would highly recommend this hotel and Sergio!

The canchita lasts the ceviche without taste is not worth and the room very small.

Te reciben con un te de coca, el desayuno delicioso y las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas. Gracias Mariscal hicieron nuestra estancia en Cusco maravillosa. Por cierto nos toco una vista hermosa desde nuestra habitacion.

Nice Hotel, nice decor of bathrooms and rooms. Very friendly to receive and guide the tourist, they allow you to order deliveryes and also, taxis. They have maps and everything you need to orient yourself in the city, ranking near the center. Definitely highly recommended.

I had a nightmare experience with a different hotel of similar pricing that had no hot water so I was worried and weary. I came in making demands like a diva. The staff was so nice and handled me very well. The shower was great. They definitely went way above and beyond. The only annoying part was they charge an extra 8% to use credit cards. This isn't uncommon in Cusco but every other place the rate is 5%. Their coca tea was also my favorite (legal).

We only stayed one night. However, this was a nice hotel and the staff was very helpful — they even brought us our breakfast at 5am before we had to catch a train. Would recommend.

We spend a few nights here. It was very clean and nice. It is good located in a quiet area of Cusco. The Staff is very nice and helpful especially the owners she can give you tips and help you to organize things. They offer you a coca tea after you arrives which is pretty helpful if you are not used to the altitude. Also they have the pills against altitude sickness so no need to buy them at the pharmacy if you really need them. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy if people talk in the patio or if they start early for some tours. The breakfast is ok they change it from day to day so you don’t get the same every morning. I would definitely come back.

Super friendly staff. Breakfast was included which was nice. They even asked what time we would like to have it. It's a short walk from the main square. Would stay here again.

1. Room :a) windows There are rooms with and without windows and both are referenced as the same type of room at the same price.   And we were allocated a room without windows facing outside! For 50euros in Peru, I have never seen that! So the room was dark… And with poor lights inside. b) noise OK, there are no windows facing outside but there is one facing inside the patio which let a tiny light coming in… And a huge noise! Every person passing by the patio could be heard as if it was in the room (the resonance of the patio is huge). During the day : the TV volume is high and we can hear each and every person discussing with the staff. During the night: we heard all the guests speaking to each other During the morning: don't except to sleep quietly until 7am. Yes 7am… I have not spoke about the toilet : what a terrible experience to be able to differentiate when the neighbours go for the small or the big thing (not even talking about the flush). c. Bathroom : Small…   How do you expect us to reach the sink ? 2. Breakfast The breakfast was the worst we had in Peru. (Don't forget we paid 50euros per night which is big in the country). — bread : one piece per person not more — tea : did you say tea? No they don't have! — coffee : expect cold coffee in which you should had semi hot water — orange juice : chemical one (there is fresh juice everywhere in the streets almost for free).

Slightly outside of city center. Great staff and breakfast with a view.

Excellent service and personalized attention. My thanks to Elizabetth whom he was always aware of our needs. Especially because the day that we leave for Lima not brought the breakfast to the room very early. This was beyond what was expected. The location is excellent to be able to rest, without noise, after a day of hiking. The rooms are in excellent conditions, just like the rest of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

We had time with my friends, visit Cusco and we loved the hotel. I recommend it to everyone.
