We stayed three nights at the San Agustin Posada del Monastery hotel and it was a highly recommended experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building is beautiful and full of historic charm. Great location. The reception staff were kind, responsive, and always ready to help.

Had a great stay! The hotel is in a fantastic, very central location, making it easy to explore Arequipa.

I don’t write many reviews but any hotel deserves it then Los Tambos is that hotel. Me annd my wife had a room and my in-laws had another room. Every aspect was outstanding.

I stayed here for two nights and a third night I left my things while I was on a trekking tour. The walls are a little thin and it is a 15 minute walk to the main plaza.

Beautiful rooms, and Eddy was so helpful and kind — we left our luggage when we went on a trip to the Colca canyon. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace!

We loved Cirqa. It’s an incredibly stylish hotel, perfectly located in the centre of Arequipa. The team are efficient and friendly.

The location is impeccable! Few blocks from the plaza de Armas, and couple of minutes from the beautiful Monasterio de Santa Catalina! And also from all the beautiful attractions in Arequipa.

Great hotel with very comfortable and spacious rooms all very recently refreshed and very clean. The hotel is relaxing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing. It’s beautifully landscaped with amazing views. Jose, the manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us to get a ride to Cusco after Uber left us stranded.

Great little hotel. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Great location close to the Plaza de Armas. Only con is it’s a little noisy. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They really went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
They have a pet tortoise in the courtyard.

5min walking distance from the city center. Clean rooms and a cosy area to hang out with a turtle for company. Very friendly staff and a nice rooftop breakfast spot.

Hotel is in a great location, only 10 mins to walk to the centre and it’s very quiet. The rooms are nice, with blankets for the colder nights. Breakfast is very good and you get lots of tasty food!

The location is great & the staff super friendly. I never feel comfortable handing the key for the room in, as I feel it poses a security risk but it’s what the hotel requires.

We enjoyed our stay at Tierra Viva. The room and bed were spacious and fresh. The staff were kind and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient and friendly.

We booked Casa de Avila Hotel through Peru Hop, the tour bus company we used. The hotel is very nice, with a garden in the middle. We had a queen single room which was great. Breakfast was included.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at Villa Elisa. The staff are all very warm and welcoming. They were also gracious with my poor Spanish skills.

I highly recommend staying here. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and only a 20 minute walk/8-10 minute Uber to the Historic Center.

This is the second time we've stayed at Los Tambos-Colonial. The hotel is very welcoming, clean, and the staff is extremely kind, offering help at all times.

Spent the night in hotel. Have to admit that location is top. Not even 10 minutes walking from centre and all major city activities.

Absolutely beautiful quaint home. Very comfortable rooms, extremely friendly family ran hotel. Breakfast was nice, sitting on the terrace surrounded by plants and flowers.

I spent 3 nights in this charming hotel, with its original design rooms in a lovely garden situated within walking distance to the main places on interest at the heart of Arequipa.

Quaint hotel assigned for a tour. The rooms all have an individual personality. The rooms are basic with everything you need, except AC, though it wasn’t needed during our December stay.

Nice spot. Rooms are very nice with hot water for showers. Very clean and very quiet spot away from noise. All I could hear were birds chirping.

Really enjoyed this stylish hotel. Rooms are pretty, the door opens to the interior courtyard. The terrace for breakfast is lovely. The stones keep the warmth during nighttime.

Quiet hotel just a short distance from the heart of the city. Breakfast was OK. Rooms were quiet and set around an inner courtyard, which a pleasant setting.
