Wonderful hotel and outstanding service! The staff was very kind and accomodating with all our request. I want to thank you Simeon and everyone else for all your attentions!
We stayed at another hotel in the Plaza de Armas for a day. The views were great but we would have preferred to continue at Pallas. The staff really makes de difference.

Great place! The best hotel and view in Arequipa!

Avoid this hotel! I encountered a series of unnacceptable problems during my stay in this establishment. First, I made a reservation for a suite for 4 persons directly on their website. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk informed me that this room didn't exist, that they don't have rooms for 4. They wanted me to pay the full price for a second room even though the mistake was theirs. I had to bargain with the manager and ended paying half the price for the second room, located in the basement. Second, they had electricity problems, which isn't uncommon in Peru. The fact we had no electricity nor Wi-Fi from 10pm until the next day wasn't so bad. But the night clerk tried to reestablish the power by opening and closing the unstable power supply, which burned both our phone power adapter at five minutes interval, sending smoke in the room from the power outlet located in our bed headboard. I had to wake up at midnight to go ask the clerck to stop meddling with the electrical current. Third, the couple who slept in the room in the basement was in complete darkness! The hotel staff never went to check on them, didn't offered them any alternative light source. They had to pack with their own flashlight in the morning. Finally, the hotel never offered us a refund or arrangement of any kind, no excuses, nothing! On the positive side, the building is luxurious. They do have a magnificient terrasse on the rooftop.

Love love love this hotel. While it doesn't have a pool, it has everything else. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the shower is excellent, breakfast in the morning on the rooftop terrace was splendid and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is just a 5 minute walk from the Plaza Del Armas. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Arequipa.

Wow! I had an amazing stay at PALLA, a wonderful hotel located right in the city center of Arequipa, one of Peru’s most beautiful cities. Not only do they serve great breakfast on their incredible rooftop terrace, the PALLA staff is also kind-hearted and always trying its best in order to spoil you in any way. Thanks for a stay I will never forget, I hope to be back soon!

We had a phenomenal stay here in Arequipa — large part of that is the Palla Hotel. The rooms and facilities have been modernized and updated. The rooms are well decorated and are comfy. The rooftop is amazing place for their free breakfast (well it's included in your room rate).

The place looks modern and clean. The room was little, the shower so little that you will get wet while waiting one minute for warm water. There was noise all night coming from air system and other room's water pipes. There was a digital phone hanging on the wall with a disturbingly intense blue light that goes straight in your eyes while attempting to sleep. The whole second floor is close to the kitchen so at 6.00am you will wakeup with loud noise. We talked to the receptionists but they were not able to help us and there was no manager to listen to our complaints.

Quite and comfortable, excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful, and allowed a very early 4am check in.

Excellent hotel, met all my needs. It would be better with pool, but I'm satisfied.

Great hotel, staff members were professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the view from the terrace was amazing. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, I kept getting disconnect every time. Other than the Wi-Fi this hotel is a winner.

Very good option in the center of Arequipa. Terrace with a view.

The hotel is Buonaso, very nice, very rich and the rooms are perfect. The service has to improve. There is a wine, but there is no wine list. There's a list, but no prices. People's attention is very efficient.

Center near location. Still quiet rooms. Very nice house. Great breakfast, very helpful staff. German owners, but typical of the loader hotel.

It has a beautiful view of the Misti from the roof terrace. The mixture of modern and traditional makes this hotel unique.

A nice and cute hotel, staff is friendly, have free Wi-Fi, breakfast choices was a bit less but good enough, room is clean and bathroom was great!

Palla is about 3 blocks from the plaza, very close walking distance. It's on an unassuming street with lots of local shops. From the street it doesn't look like much. But when you walk through the doors it all changes. The staff here is awesome. They are always trying to make our the best. Honestly, just super attentive staff. The rooms are very updated and may our US American standards. Nice king size bed. We're a family of 5 and a suit fit us great. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. One of favorite hotels we've stayed in during our 3 month trip (and we've stayed on a lot). I highly recommend Palla!

A luxury hotel located in the center of the city. The architecture is quite impresive, and the attention was memorable.

4 * Hotel, well located in the historical part of the city, between the oldest bridge in the city (Bolognesi), and the Plaza de Armas. Of several floors, it is a boutique hotel, with an excellent wine cellar, of the region (South America), and of Europe.
