Where is Gocta Miradors located and what is nearby?

The hotel is located in the village of Cocachimba, right at the start of the alternative trail to the Gocta Waterfall. The location is considered privileged, as it allows guests to be in harmony with nature, far from city noise, yet close enough to the town. The hotel is situated in a quiet area; however, one guest noted the lack of public lighting in this zone, which may make moving around difficult in the evenings.

A really beautiful place, close to the town but a little outside with a view of the waterfall and a really, really nice sunset!

I have no words. The pictures don’t do justice to the place.
Rooms: 5/5, the room is huge, with a very big comfy bed and a breathtaking view. You only hear the animals but this is part of the Peru experience, as there is no place where you won’t wake up to a rooster or a dog barking.
Breakfast: 5/5, best breakfast we had in Peru. It was like we were on a honey moon, plus eating next to colibri, ducks, dogs, and everything else was magic on its own.
Hosts: 5/5 they were lovely and they will talk to you (if you want) to learn more about cocachimba and cataractas. You can also do excursions straight from there like Kuelap etc.
Location: 5/5 right on the start of the path to Gocta!
Overall the only sad thing is we didn’t get to stay there more!
Will definitely return!

The place is amazing, but the best of all is the attention given. The owner cares about everything you may need and helps you make your stay and activities go as well as possible. I would return without hesitation.
