It’s nice but it be better if the AC was over the bed than the sofa and the rooms are on the small side. Nevertheless the location is perfect for first time visits being close to the mall supermarket matcha shop gym.
In terms of value for money, one of the best apartments I have ever stayed at. Fully equipped, supermarkets close by, … Everything you would look for in a place. The only minor drawback: couldn't find the airco in the gym. Super hot!

Since the hotel is new, rooms are still okay. However, you can see cheap materials have been used so won’t be that long. They also saved on noise reduction, as you can hear every noise from the street. Parties in the evening, construction early morning.
Staff is very rude and basically don’t care. We had to wait a little before our room was ready but they didn’t even have an option to refill our water bottle. They even went as far as saying ‘we have tap water’, while everyone knows you can’t drink the tap water in Asuncion.
