the hotel manager asked why he does not accept repeat offenders? I heard from the current hotel staff that 3 of these people I mentioned wanted to return and the manager did not leave them…
if at some point they resigned I think that as everyone has a life and sometimes difficulties arise but if they want to return you have to open the doors since it is better to have in the hotel people who already know the customers and the management of the hotel.
Also We customers get used to the staff and spend changing staff every time… I hope you take this observation into account.

Good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the building may not be the best, but in general, it is located in a place close to some places of interest in Asunción. Nearby there are some pretty good restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Asunción. The pool area with the new bar is very nice. The new gym is also very spacious.

I like your establishment. Your hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Asuncion. I most certainly enjoyed your breakfast buffet.

I was at an event. The living room is spacious and well prepared. The audio and light system spectacular. The healthy snack service is very good.

In this case I will qualify for your Facilities. It is a perfect place in the center of Asunción to do pilates, sauna and start your day Relaxed. The classes are super personalized and the teacher is excellent! I have not yet had the opportunity to stay here, when I do I commented the experience!

Modern Hotel, with all the comforts, but its location is not the best, you have to mobilize by taxi or own vehicle to go shopping, both downtown and shopping.

Excellent gym and Spa, a really nice atmosphere, first class equipment and highly trained instructors. Recommended.

A terrible disaster experience in my stay for Easter! I was charged U $ S 200 fine… accusing me that they had smoked in the room. And it's a lie! They entered the room bothering me and checked all my belongings… a disaster I would not recommend it at all be careful are scammers!

Excellent service. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. They have a swimming pool, SPA, sauna, gym. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The first level service, starting from the reception, the waiters very attentive, I loved the breakfast, all very friendly, that means a lot of the place where one goes.

Really didn't want to give it a five… staff are awesome, but some construction is occuring. Food is good. Prices are for tourists though. Bottle of coke is 12mil at the hotel. Half a block away it is 2mil. But, the work they are doing is nice so I can't hold that against them. Especially because the web site plainly says under construction until 30 Sept. Since I am going to stay an extra night here I must really like it so I gave it a 5.

Smart hotel in downtown Asunción. Looks a bit institutional on the outside but is nicely furnished inside. Has quiet zones for better sleeping.

I really liked this hotel. Great location close to downtown Asuncion albeit not the newest fashion part of the city but it worked for my business. Excellent breakfast Buffett set up could be improved but loved the fresh fruit pastries and service. Same pro service for restaurant, staff is friendly awesome here. Rooms are ample e great standing shower. Excellent complete gym. Pool was being renovated but should be awesome rooftop pool when finished. Price value was excellent too!

As a tour manager for a multi-platinum selling artist I was placed on the executive floor (7th. ). I have no idea what the standard rooms are like. My room was large and luxurious containing a king bed, plasma TV, desk/work area and a small sitting area. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. There is a shower area, whirlpool tub and the amenities were plentiful. Shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and mouthwash were all available in quantity for two guests. Now the cons: The pillows were HARD. My neck hurt after sleeping on them. The internet is okay but slow. Don't try using your MagicJack or Skype. The breakfast is probably the weakest link in the hotel. It's not a continental breakfast but it's a FAR way from the breakfast at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore which is my benchmark. Overall a very good hotel with the potential to be better.

Great, classy hotel in an unappealing location. I've been told that the location for the Sheraton offers a lot more to travellers in terms of shops, bars, and restaurants. Otherwise you are sure to enjoy your stay in a hotel that sweats the details for you.

the hotel has ample room for breakfast and dinner, so not for parking.
It has a theme restaurant next to the hotel.
