Veraguas Hotels with a Pool

We visited this lovely hotel 2 weeks ago with a group of 10. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on to the property. The staff is wonderful here including the restaurant.

Hotel Santa Catalina, recommended by San Blas Dreams, exceeded all expectations.

I've now stayed at four hotels in the Santiago area. All of them have pro's and con's.

The hotel itself was good. It has a very nice pool and a spacious pool area where you could easily spend the entire day. They offer food and drink service directly in the pool area, which was a plus.

I would start my review by saying this hotel was an oasis of frindlyness. It has a beautiful oceanfront that sits on the edge of the jungle. It has a rustic beauty.

Nothing luxurious, but a perfectly acceptable room with on a beautiful, peaceful beach. Service is friendly, helpful and effective. The food at the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced.

Our room was an individual rowhouse type room with parking beside. More of a "motel" than hotel. The room was basic but clean and inexpensive.

Villa Coco restaurant was a great surprise. One of the best vibes on Panamá with good service, staff aware of gluten free dishes and really good home cooking.

A roughly 6 hour drive from Panama City, 5 minute drive from the Santa Catalina town, 2 minute walk from a fabulous ice cream shop.

Experience of a lifetime! Yasmin and Ricardo were the best hosts ever! They take care of you no matter what happens! You stuck in San Francisco and no bus coming? They take care of you!

Fantastic accomodation. The owners and their son were super helpful with information on hiking, where to eat, & things to do in Santa Fe. The pool was great for relaxing in after a day of hiking.

Great atmosphere around the restaurant and pool. We found it very relaxing in an otherwise busy city. Restaurant makes good meals and the service is great.

One of the best places my family has stayed at. As soon as we arrived, it felt like we were being hugged. The energy of this place is amazing, and everyone is so kind.

Bill and I stay one night at Catalina Cabin's. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

This place is about a half mile from either beach in Santa Catalina. It’s a very walkable town. Communication with the host was top notch.

We absolutely loved, loved, loved Gabi's place. It was exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful, relaxed setting close to the beach.

Nice hotel with a great restaurant attached. Room was clean and bed comfy. The pool was right outside our room door. A worked fine and kept the room comfortable.

Gino is awesome. So friendly and helpful. Fresh caught fish of the day all 3 nights we were there.

What a nice find! I just happened to see this place on my way to Costa Rica and I am very glad I did.

I stayed there last year, and I stayed this year. The restaurant is outstanding. The food is awesome. Each play has enough food to satisfy you.

Great place to rent a surf board!
$10 soft top half day / $15 hard board half day.
We didn’t stay here but we rented boards and it was really easy. They weren’t open until 7:15ish.

Great hotel in a fabulous location overlooking a gorgeous bay. Rooms were compact and a little basic but comfortable. We had a sea view which was lovely. The hotel literally opens up onto the beach.

I loved the stay at Villa Vento. Steven the owner and all the Volunteers were so nice and helpful.

I spent a couple of nights there and I really enjoyed it! The vibe was great, the kitchen was new and the pool is amazing! The volunteers were very helpful. I will definetly come back one day.

All services worked perfect. Our room had everything we needed.
Staff is great. Sunset view is awesome and areas are clean. Breakfast is good. A place to relax and disconnect.

We stayed at hotel casa blanca in beautiful Torio for six days. The view from our balcony was outstanding, looking out over the lush valley right down to the ocean.

I spent my day there they have a lovely pool and a nice bar with delicious drinks. The space is cute decorated with makrame and they have games. Staff 10/10!

We had a great stay at Las Hamacas. The room was clean and had a good atmosphere. The garden of is beautiful and the pool a big plus!

Absolutely great stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, the pool is nice to cool down a bit. A/C works, beds are comfortable. Not much more that you can ask for.

Lovely little hotel between Santa Catalina ‘village’ and the main surf beach.
The pool area with sunset views over the ocean is the main attraction, along with cheerful helpful staff.

Sebastian’s hospitality is lovely and his hotel is spectacular with a wondrous view. Waking up in the morning to it after arriving in the dark the night before was such a beautiful gift.

We ate at El Sol Morrillo multiple times and it was simply perfecto. We stumbled in to El Sol Morrillo after driving 4 hours from Playa Venao. We weren't expecting much and were completely blown away.

We didn’t stay here — just came for the food. Beautiful view over the hills and ocean only enhanced the experience.

Very accommodating for us arriving late and very friendly staff. Rooms are updated and very clean, the hostal we found to be clean. Food at the restaurant is very affordable and delicious!

We stayed there 3 nights and we were totally satisfied. The location is really close to a beautiful surfing beach. The owner was really nice and even drove us to our next hotel.

Awesome place, I highly recommend.

Good place to spend an afternoon alone or in the company of those who want to spend a quiet atmosphere.

This place left me speechless! I enjoyed the time with the Family that are hosting this beautiful place so much! They made my stay in Santa Catalina like my second home!

We had a very pleasant stay at Adama Eco Farm. While staying you feel very close to nature. We've enjoyed the lovely cabin and natural pool.
