Excellent service large pool, very neat, spacious rooms.

Excellent all round attention, breakfast very trakilo and family.

Renovated, everything is made of dust and deteriorated, the photos that come out are all made long ago and modified. The breakfast they put on Monday and don't see anyone else for the lounge until at least the weekend, only removed from the trays when they are running out of things, so imagine from Monday to Friday, as it should be what's left, give up fear… better not to approach. The noise is unbearable, is not soundproof, and it seems all mounted on sheets of scrapping. The lamps are broken. The extractor fan in the bathroom ceiling hanging… it is Not a 3* as advertised in many websites or jokes, as much as it is a 2* and I don't think that even that. Walls broken, roofs sagging or leaking, the ruter hanging from the ceiling, poor coverage, there is nothing of courtesy (or even the bottle of water put in the pictures), it is a disaster that does not deserve to be called hotel. That is, if, as you charge ahead you can't disappear in a hurry. I would not recommend it for anything.

My experience is big shame; Travel with my family. I have come today, January 2, 2018. The receptionist; I don't have any security in your attention and your answers. The site is completely unoccupied, no security which does not offer any confidence to the integrity of the individual; additionally there are no staff for the service; different to the receptionist. My greatest interest is to spend a enjoyable evening and get to know the beach. I informed the receptionist that here in coronado, there is no beach. Faced with such disappointment, I have made the determination to cancel the reservation. On which I hope does not apply any sanction. It would be most arbitrary; for my that I am a customer booking.

Must be in motel category, does not meet hotel features. Neither shampoo nor rinse offer. Curtains very clear. Paint peeled off the walls.

Quiet, good food, comfortable, economic, and the best thing is that Essta Sentrico and on the banks of the main street.

Missing staff is in the pool and no one comes to see if you want to order something otherwise everything well.

Lack a bit of maintenance, improve the restaurant, the beds modernise.

From December 20 I request a reservation for 3 rooms and I was told that there was a lot that I did not worry about. I insistently call and today December 30th to see that They had not sent me the information to deposit, I call and to my surprise the same person who told me that I had on a lot… tells me that my reservation was not made. I was going to pass it on to the manager, but the manager didn't want to put his face on either. Disrespect. That's not done, now what do I do with my family? I don't think it's fair that no one answers. I had a different concept. In the world of hospitality a good service starts from the time the client or guest makes the first contact with the hotel. It's just unacceptable. I am very upset, because now where I look for a hotel with everything on top and besides that we budgeted to that hotel. It is truly a shame that such a beautiful hotel has unprofessional and unfulfilled people.

We were charged double, even though I already knew that we pay. The swimming pool is super dirty, and also the bedrooms. The bathroom had makeup used, giving us to know that had not been cleaned and the wall was completely covered with cockroaches. To finish, the crowd was very cool and gave us quite an attitude. It is not recommended.

It is one of the few hotels that allow pets. I congratulate you and I highly recommend it.
