Casa Caracol is a dream come true! Absolutely stunning! Endless beaches, great privacy, peaceful and tranquil. Could not have had a more relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Casa Caracol in 2015, and visited again in 2017 — Barb and Silvard are the most wonderful hosts ever! The suites are right on the ocean with amazing views! There is so much to do and see there — it is the most relaxing vacation you could imagine! Their rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of the suites! I highly recommend a visit there!

I suppose the real test for a vacation property review is when time has gone by—in this case over a year, when the emotion of a vacation has worn off. Casa Caracol is a place to to go that is serene, has the ability to enjoy long solitude walks on the beach yet access to the city and tourist things too. As world travelers we don't like to go the same place so soon after being there. Yet the warm, helpful staff and 1st class accommodations linger fondly in our memory. Nearby restaurants are very good. Highly recommended. We shall definitely be back to fall asleep to the sound of waves and enjoy the company of the wonderful hosts.

The beach, the view and the rooms are amazing.

My wife and I loved staying at Casa Caracol. We were in the Pearl Suite, and it felt like being in an eagle’s aerie, looking out over the ocean and seeing and hearing the waves. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and our hosts couldn’t have been more gracious. There are good restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. We’re happy campers.

This place is amazing. It has everything you need and the best sea view. Owners are very kind and helpfull. Rooms are beautifull and fully equiped.

We spent Easter’s long weekend at Casa Caracol, arriving on a Thursday afternoon and leaving on Sunday morning. The place is quite pleasant and you have everything you need for a nice stay: right by the beach, very nice accommodations. We also had a full kitchen and were able to use the BBQ. Also, the place is pet friendly, which is a great plus in Panama (not too many pet friendly accommodations) The only downside to our stay was that, two of the three nights, the whole place was out of electricity in the evening. This made it pretty hard to sleep as the temperatures are high and, without ceiling fans and AC, it can get pretty warm. The owners did everything they could to get the Energy company to fix the issue quickly, however, it wasn’t as fast as we would have liked. Probably because of the holidays, there was additional need for electricity which collapsed the system. Other than the energy issue, it’s important to note that the owners are very welcoming and try their best to make your stay as nice as possible. Great finding and will definitely go back (not during high holiday season).

Nice view of the sea and room is perfect.

We stayed in a studio apartment at Casa Caracol for 3 nights. The apartment has all that is needed for a comfortable vacation and the beach is stunning. Great value we will return.

My short stay at Suites on the Beach was amazing and I look forward to returning for a week during the Christmas holiday later this year. Silvard and Barbara, the owners, we're welcoming and gracious, and the serenity of the location cannot be beat. If you are looking for a beautiful spot to relax, not far from Panama City, this is it!

Horrible place… we are camping… The beach… is good… But the sea and the colour of the channel, the water is murky and foul-smelling of sewer… For those who like the sea but I don't recommend…
