The Radisson has not responded to my complaint of poor treatment. I called Radisson Worldwide Customer Service on May 30, 2018 and still have not received a response as of June 1, 2018. The treatment I received here was reprehensible. Just before leaving on May 21, I had poured some water on the bed in my room. So, according to their policy, they required me to pay $100 even though I had rented the room for another 16 hours. Nonetheless, I had paid for it. However, the people at the reception desk did not treat me with any manners. No words such as "please" and "thank you". They told me that I have to pay and were extremely rude. Also, when I spoke with the business manager on the phone, he simply told me I had to pay and passed the phone back to the person at the reception. I thought that this is truly not representative of Radisson Hotels. So, when I called the Radisson worldwide customer service number, they stated that Radisson Colon is a franchise and that they can only pass on my complaint. As of now (May 28), I still have not received a response from Radisson Corporate or the hotel in Colon for the complaint that I put in on May 21 (Complaint # 3337593). This is truly disappointing. I would only warn others planning to stay here to be careful, just because the hotel says Radisson does not mean that you will be treated to the same level as other Radisson Hotels throughout the world. Good evening pass to visit the Radisson hotel where I really like the place where this uvicado a very cozy and elegant place diriji me to the Lobi bar of the hotel where I attended the young Francis very pleasant with a smile always very attentive and and retailer the young France Excellent service.

Great hotel staff and location in a safe area.

Our Organization hired one of the Radisson Colón lounges for a meeting with businessmen. The service was excellent, the food delicious, with a creative and elegant presentation, the banquet supervisor was looking out for our event from the beginning to the end to provide support in all our needs. For events I award 5 stars. Thanks to Jader Manjarrés, Fernando Cruz and chef Steven Almanza for their great service.

Perfect for Business meetings.

Nice hotel and a very convenient location 3 mins from the Colon free zone entrance.

1. The day pass does not include towel and do not tell you when you call. (We touch dry with the sun)
2. The rooftop/pool area is ugly, it looks like a municipal pool.
3. There is no 90% of what is offered in the Menu.
4.10% of which are served by FRIO, without cutlery or napkins.
5. When you order cutlery, napkins, tomato sauce, etc… they bring it to you in the year of mucus. (We touch ed by eating with our hands and swallowing with saliva. )
6. The music is horrible.
7. The look of the girl who attends in the pool area is fatal.
After asking a million times to speak to the Manager, we managed to do it when we were on our way out and the girl I found Nicaraguan was just apologizing and already…
In short I do not recommend it to my worst enemy, we arrived at 9am and left at 12md, we DO NOT hold on anymore!

Very Poor attention we were charged more than we had booked their facilities are dirty and sloppy, they charge for the Wi-Fi, the breakfast is not included and the food is bad.

Very comfortable and very good food. Good price ratio with what they offer. You can improve the quality of care at reception of some employees and a bit of cleanliness to the pool. The rest magnificient…!

Lady on the counter dosent new anything or may be she dint wanted to work we asked for a receipt during the time of checkout she dint wanted to give recpt so she said printer is not working when we forced her to email us as printer is not working she got confused took almost 30 mins on computer to make a recpt n finally she printed a recpt through printer when we asked her that u just said us that printer is not working she immediately replied that she dint said. Finally she gave us the rest of rooms when we asked her where r laundry and beverage recpt again same problem. Finally we asked what’s her name she immediately gone in room removed her batch n come out but I figure her name is lilian she was with a short hair working on 7th oct 2017 morning 3 am shift worst part was she called security on customer when her name was Asked. Worst experience with the hotel.

Very annoying… The day Saturday I present with my family after having made a reservation by booking. Com. To my surprise the young lady of the reception informed me that I could not recognize the rate that booking we had given, and that is not wise because we were given that rate… What's worse, the rate we offered was the double. This is not the first time that uitilizo booking, and it is the first time I passed this, so I think that the Hotel is not in compliance with the alliance… Very bad for us customers. Fortunately there are other hotels in the province, with the best service.

Not a hundred percent sure how the entire hotel is but I won a little bit of money here. In my book that is a big plus.

Hotel is usually decent. Third stay here and made the mistake of leaving some cash in my bag (deep and hidden in my bag) while I was not in the room. Needless to say when I returned in the evening $400.00 was missing. It was my mistake for leaving cash in the room while routine cleaning was done, but the bad vibes now will definitely stop me from staying in this hotel again. Just be careful of your possessions.

Cheap hotel in Colon in an area with great restaurants and shops. The casino in the hotel is awesome because it is dirt cheap and has karaoke.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast spectacular, but I will add that the habiaciones were a bit more modern.! But 100% Recommending!

Yesterday I cycled over 80 kilometersFrom Gamboa to the Radison in Colon. I wanted to stay two nights. Before I entered the hotel I washed my face, because after one day cycling one does not look too clean. I asked for a room and agreed on the price. Since my cash money was stowed away somewhere in my panniers, I asked if you could pay after I had brought my panniers to the room. That was not possible and she looked as if I had asked for her underpants:-) Anyhow, the font desk manager gave me permission to first bring the panniers to the room. I have a very special prototype bike that I am testing for the Dutch brand Koga, so I asked: "And where can I savely park my bike? " She pointed at the front of the building, just a parking lot in front of the hotel that was not secure. I explained that the bike was very special and that they probably have a room somewhere in this large building that is more save than the street? Anyhow, they were not so kind to let me park my bike at a save place. I decided to go to another hotel. It was the Meryland hotel; basic but at least with people with a sincere smile. I have worked for Krasnapolsky hotel in Amsterdam; a five star hotel. We did some research about what is important for customers in a top hotel. Well, that is de friendlieness of the employees. Well Radison in Colon I do not know why you treat customers that way, but probabably you can only deal with large groups? Jus tlike cattle in and out. Easy money?

It's a wonderful hotel with a friendly staff. It's a breath of fresh air in Colon.
