A relaxing place to spend in couple or family, very good attention and excellent and varied American breakfast.

Perfect to travel the beautiful Valley without losing the comforts that we are accustomed back home. Divine ~

Beautiful grounds. Well kept, super clean with friendly staff. Weekends had a large breakfast. Three different pools. Only drawback is distance from the town but it is a short drive.

Excellent Place and climate, however have lowered the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet that before, otherwise this quite well.

Amazing place. Service is excelent, got a suite with jacuzzi and a view to El Gaital. Restaurants available and pools one with warm water.

I loved the experience in their facilities. Clean, very complete and with a touch to Spanish castle that makes it quite unique. Only commented that they must have more worked the tourist options offered by the area. I want to return to the Valley.

Extremely spacious and large facilities. It's just as beautiful as it looks in person. The care of the details is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But there is something that in photo we can not appreciate… and is that when you arrive to ask for a room to spend the night request to show me the room first, which was spectacularly beautiful. But… Do not stand the scent for 10 seconds! The smell of mold and humidity in the rooms was so big that I couldn't stay a minute inside to see the bathroom as I ran the suffocated feeling just opening the door and I suffer from allergy problems so it was totally denied to me. Their solution was to put a dehumidifier inside me. But that doesn't work that way. So I left the place. Pity for how beautiful it looked. But that lack of detail to that important point. And the other is more expensive than a 5 star hotel in Panama City. Since a room there is around 300 dollars for 3 people with breakfast.

The hotel is situated on a beautifully manicured lawn with a spectacular 360° views of the lush volcanic peaks. The exterior architecture is designed with warm nostalgic feel, but the rooms were less inviting. They are clean but sparsely decorated and not acoustically sound so we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning. The customer service upon check-in was not to the level you would anticipate for the style and price of the rooms. Breakfast was an upside and the proximity to our favorite restaurant, Casa de Lourdes, was great. The spa was underwhelming and overpriced.

Hotel with a beautiful estiló, spacious room and with all the facilities to make the stay enjoyable.

Booked a third person in the room but was not allowed a third champagne glass, A third bath robe OR a third towel. Facilities are beautiful and breakfast was nice. Disappointed with the customer service.

Great place to go with family. The only bad thing is the breakfast doesn't give much choice. The rest very well.

This resort is so beautiful! What a find in amazing Panama.

Relaxing area and Hotel. Services are however basic restaurant is cold and lacking atmosphere. Food is same old same old and without any Imagination. Breajfast is poor.

We ate at the restaurant but did not stay at the hotel. After 10 minutes my children were served their food (deditos de pollo/chicken fingers). We waited over an hour after that for our food to arrive (4 adults). It was lunch time and we were the only ones there so the wait was quite unjustified. The food was great, really great actually. But they didn't have half the items on their menu in stock so we were limited even further, though their menu is limited to begin with. I would give 4 stars for the food and 1 for the service. We were never asked if we would like drinks either.

Excelente! Uno de mis lugares favoritos y el mejor hotel en El Valle. Es caro, pero al utilizar ofertas, es más costeable. Ofertas imponibles en internet o a través de tarjeta de crédito. Para ir con niños, recomendado alquilar cuartos cerca de la piscina con agua caliente. Para ir en pareja, lo contrario, lo más alejado posible de las piscinas. La comida puede mejorar, hay varios restaurantes cerca con mejor comida. En general muy buen lugar, para descansar, hacerse masajes y desconectarse por un fin de semana.

There were no visible signs (signage) on the path to reach the hotel. The food was not as fresh as I would had hoped (Baked Pork Ribs and Fried Fish). The staff was very very friendly courteous. Overall, the hotel is a great place to be; mostly to relax and enjoy far away from the hustle and bustle of a major resort or city hotel. Very peaceful… surrounded by nature. I will return.

Amazing facilities and great spa. As far as the restaurant could improve the food.

A nice location. Comfortable room. Includes breakfast only.
The House of Lourdes that is close to the hotel offers a variety of gourmet food.
It has a swimming pool of a warm medium size and another of water at normal temperature.
You need to have a small gym, at least.
It has a sportbar with a comfortable environment.

Excellent hotel, I recommend I have stayed on two occasions a my wife and I and then with the girls, it's really good. Very good facilities, very good restaurant, super comfortable rooms, excellent weather.

Access to this place need improving. The street and vehicular paths around the property are in deplorable shape. This discourages people from returning because of fear of damaging their vehicles. Do not come in a low ground clearance vehicle.
