Very inexpensive and is really nice!
It has a swimming pool, kitchen with free coffee. And a place to buy beer. There are supermarkets nearby and you can safely park your vehicle.
Highly recommend it to others, especially backpackers or people on a budget!
It's a great spot, tranquillo atmosphere, good staff, and a good vibe! Staff speaks english and spanish. We stayed 2 weeks. The Mercado is less than a 5 minute walk. Great place for travelers passing through or for people there to fish in Pedregal. Luis and his staff are wonderful. Luis is awesome, and he makes sure you have everything you need. No gringo prices and a great way to meet locals and other people. The property is very clean and well maintained. 5/5 would definitely go back.

Overall our stay was good, but the kitchen was a disaster. Very dirty, not taken care of and there was food leftovers and frying oils in pans on cook tops every day.
