Very nice staff, very clean, cortious, friendly, rooms nice. And bed very comfy, but unfortunately hotel need to be upscale on rooms no coffee pot, no refrigerator, no snacks supply where you pay as you consume, no flyer to order delivery of food, no phone in room, not enough light on bathroom to get make up on, no outlet to plug a hair dryer or anything, room have only 2 outlet view is not in all areas because the one I stay the view was some rusted metal shack and empty lot not been taking care. The hotel have the potential yes! To become one of the best hotel because of the location, but need to upscale on rooms and perhaps do something that no hotel in David have served breakfast, lunch buffet like for example 7am to 11.00am since there is not restaurant or good places near to go eat. Except McDonald, kfc, pio pio, and pollo a la leña that don't open until the afternoon and only accept cash. But not good places near I been in many hotels in David. Is nice but not for a 5 star yet~! Personaly I'll give them average 3.5 point because is missing lot of things and other reviews are misleading customers tourist, ppl is focussing in important things yes but truly not stayting everything. Just the standard.
