Nice hostel, but the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. The standard double room was very small but breakfast for 4$ was good, same with daily menu.

Cute little hostel in the jungle, but they play loud music starting at 8 in the morning to after midnight. All day. Non stop. Not even for a second. You can also hear the music from the bungalows. It would be nice to be able to get a few minutes of quiet and listen to the sound of the ocean and the birds at least in the morning.

Battle Hostel with aspirations of something else, the site is cool and the single rooms are OK, the common rooms come to the regular being generous. The menu of the restaurant is unvaried and the workers go from everything, seem to be bothered to ask them something and they never leave to give you a tip like what to do on the island or ask how you are… In other countries it is the opposite.

Great place! Recommended to visit when in Panama. The attention is luxury and the food and the drinks delicious.

The staff is friendly and the local nice. But the shared bathrooms are dirty. The value for money is not good.

I have enjoyed 10 days at Selina Red Frog. The hostel works as a family team, excellent customer service. Clean rooms, nice restaurant, fantastic library and pool. The spirit of music and celebration has been a source of energy for me. I invite you to see Bocas del Toro in Panama and to stay a few days in Selina's red frog. Believe me! For sure you will enjoy your stay.

We have had a fantastic experience at Selina Red Frog. We had planned to stay only 2 days and then continue our trip to Costa Rica for 1 week more. We liked the place, the environment, and how they treated us that finally we decided to stay here for the rest of our stay and postpone Costa Rica for the next year. The hostel is fairly new and we loved our room, which had a balcony with a view of the jungle very good. We enjoyed the common areas where we met lots of new people and there was always some kind of live music. The food is super rich and at a good price. Most important has been the attention as warm of all the people working in the resort have made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place, we would like to come back soon!

An amazing place to escape to, if you also want to be able to get some work done. I stayed here with my GF for 3 weeks, and had a great time. Super chill place and the island is beautiful.

Another Selina like the others… the black bean arepas are super yummy! Very small pool but a lovely outdoor area. Bit of a walk to the beach.

The setting is nice, ie the island Red Frog, where there are restaurants and quiet beaches and with good attention but the hotel is lousy it looks like it had a time of good performance and that the idea was good but in cleanliness and attention it is one of the worst places in The ones I've been to. The room was full of spider webs and the toilet was a mess and that we were in a Delux room with private bathroom.
The staff were very friendly and very friendly.

Selina has several hostels throughout Central and South America. I like them quite a bit. This is one of my favorite ones. This is an excellent hostel if you want to relax, hit the beach, explore, hang buy by the pool and meet people. Excellent experience, would surely stay here again.

This beautiful island is very beautiful.

If you want a peaceful jungle experience this is a great place. Food variety is limited but the pool is great and beach is close by taking a nice walk through the jungle. It's perfect for catching up on some reading, working or R&R.

Clean and with decent food for a hostel.

To be short: awful, dirty and wouldn't go there again. But I want to share my experience so you don't expect something wrong We arrived at the red frog pier where you have to pay 5$ to go through a private walk. After that we walked for an hour to find the hostel. There are absolutely no signs. The hostel is in the jungle and has a small walk through the jungle to reach the beach. The guy at the check-in didn't care that we had issues to find the hostel. There is another pier and from there it's very easy to reach it, but they never tell you that before (no message, no information on booking). The hostel is very stylish. But don't take a closer look. We waited for more than 2 hours to check in. Yes, the check-in time was 2 hours away but We were the only ones waiting so we didn't expected that. The room wasn't ready toll 20 minutes after check in time. In the meantime we walked around and then we saw it: The dirtiest common kitchen I saw in my whole life. The fridge disgusting. Pictures say more than words. Next bummer: The room has no floor so it's just blank and nothing covers it. At least a small transparent painting should be there. Thru this the bathroom floor was wet, is wet and will stay forever wet. It stinks and will be a health risk for future guests.

Very nice, the food rich, the same has a kitchen and always have activities. The cinema hall is very comfortable.

We stayed at this amazing place for 3 nights and were really sorry we can't stay longer. The beaches on the island are amazing and the jungle around you is stunning. The staff is all freaks fly and take care. They have delicious breakfast as well. I can definitely recommend this place for everyone, who is looking for the place where ocean meets jungle, where you can relax and still experience different things, like day trips, salsa in the evenings etc. The only thing is, that you are better off with a backpack than a trolley, since you have to walk about 10 minutes in the jungle to reach the hotel.

It is in a perfect location on the island with respect to transportation and the beach. It has a swimming pool and the breakfasts are rich.

Much better than the Selina on Colon. This place has a much more relaxed vibe and everything seems to run more smoothly. The staff is warm and helpful.

Beautiful location and Very accommodating. Valeria was a a complete saint helping us with our needs. Would stay again. 100 percent recommend.

Wonderful hostel, much different from the main island one, definitely worth checking out if you want some more peace.

Great place. Chill on the hill. Great food, live music, pool and Red Frog beach is just a few hundred yards through a jungle path. Will definitely be coming back.

The hostel is first-level, newly built, and the people are spectacular. Has a bar with good drinks and food in addition to Happy hour, every day, there are shows at night. It is still a part under construction, so there is a lot of noise at work during the day.

Recommended. Just to spend a weekend in a peaceful island, clean and with good atmosphere.
