Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort

We had an opportunity to stay at Ramada at Murree resort.
The journey from checking in through to checking out was amazing.
Jawad. Aliya and Mukhtar were the welcoming team at reception who welcomed us with a smile and provided us with all hotel I formation and facilities.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and clean pressed bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options including pakistani english and continental.
The cheffs pakistani omelette gave that extra touch.
A wide variety and selection of foods and delicacies were available at both lunch buffet and breakfast with that extra touch.
The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
Wife had the full body massage by a lady called Shukria khudaa.
She was amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at reception restaurant waiters roomservice and cleaning staff.
A truly luxurious experience from start to finish.
I would definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and overall service was great.
We booked their honeymoon package too, and it was beautifully arranged — definitely worth it and made our stay extra special.
Breakfast was amazing, especially the French toasts and cheese omelets by Sana Ul Ain. However, the restaurant experience was a bit average for me — didn’t really enjoy the pasta.
Overall, a great place to stay and I’d still recommend it.

Have never stayed in a room this big. It was so big that it wasn't intimate and didn't feel cozy. Otherwise great hotel with lots to do if you plan to stay inside the gotel. Sozo park is at a walking distance and other cafes at 5 min drive.
Swimming pool area was simply breathtaking with its panoramic views. Great breakfast.

Ramada Murree is a solid pick for a comfortable, clean stay in the Murree area—especially if you want scenic views, modern rooms, and good service. They offer a kids play area, horse riding, swimming pool, massage center, salon, gymnasium, and food courts on both the top (outdoor too) and ground floors.
Their hi-tea includes a lots of dishes with variety and taste. Ample parking space with security. Easy access from islamabad to murree expressway and to lower topa.

Went there for 3 days and 2 nights. Expected a lot from them. Not gonna lie, the building is beautiful so are the rooms. But the service was not the best. They had an attitude especially the receptionist that didnt sound welcoming. They kept charging us for the smallest things. We had booked hallooween dinner and given a good amount to them. They charged us for the water that was already at the table. Like you're charging us so much for the dinner and water is not included. Weird right. We encountered such things again and again. Food at the restaurant was also over priced. The staff needs a little training. The manager himself was friendly and welcoming. Kids area was quite dull. All in all the experience wasn't that of a 4 star hotel.

Best place to stay and unwind. Very good location. The indoor temperature control pool is matchless. Reception staff specially Ms. Aliya and Mr. Shah Zaib are very courteous and helpful. Ramada Murree is much much better than other hotels in the area.

The Ramada Murree is a strong choice for a comfortable, clean stay in the Murree area—especially if you’re after scenic views, modern rooms, and good service.
They have facility of Play area for kids, Horse Riding, Swimming Pool, Massage center, Saloon, gymnasium, food court on top floor as well as ground floor.
Mr Shahab on Reception was very cooperative and always ready to help you.
Rest all staff including House keeping were very efficient and responsive.
Breakfast buffet was really good.

No doubt, Ramada Murree enjoys the best location. I stayed there for six days on a business trip (3rd floor). While the start was amazing and Mr. Khattak at reception was highly professional, I faced frequent noise issues from the floor above at night. Some staff members need better training in guest handling, especially for business travelers. Cleanliness of the washroom at Imperial II Hall also needs serious improvement.

I recently stayed at Ramada Murree from 28th to 29th September and had an amazing experience. The hotel's view was breathtaking, and the lobby area was impressive. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food quality was top-notch. Special mention to Khatak Sahab and Jawad Khan at the front desk, who were exceptional. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Ramada Murree!

This hotel is amazing, spacious rooms, has a restaurant, has two shops and sports facilities such as gym swimming pool and playroom. Special thanks to ata ur Rahman and farhan Ali, they gave us a great experience with the restaurant. The hotel stafff amazing room services wow there food is delicious and spec club sandwich wow we love it. Me and my wife makes beautiful moments in this hotel and also here swimming pool is amazing we did wnjo A lot and make more memories everything is good fantastic and secure and safe we spend our time beautiful thnkew so much to Ramadan hotel 😍. This is the most cleanest hotel I have visited with every marble tile and glass polished.

It's a chill place to stay. Good for family or bachelors. One thing that can be better would be the hospitality of staff, not saying it isn't good but it can still improve. Other than that a great place to live. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Overall experience was very good. I would definatley recommend.

I stayed at Ramada with family. Truly an amazing experience. A peaceful location surrounded by hills. Wonderful cuisine, specially breakfast buffet and hi-tea. All the amenities available including a gym, spa, swimming pool, children play area and gaming zone. Rooms were tidy and spacious. I loved my stay here.

Ramada Murree is a nice and peaceful place in the hills. It can be romantic for couples because the rooms feel cozy, and some have balconies where you can sit together and enjoy tea. It’s not a fancy honeymoon hotel, but it’s quiet and good for spending time with your partner.
The best thing is the view. You can see mountains, green trees, and sometimes mist in the morning. Sunset time is also beautiful. If you like calm places with fresh air and pretty scenery, Ramada Murree is a good choice.
