Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort

Ramada Lower Topa Murree is a worst place to stay. Food is bad. Staff is extremely non cooperative. Room service is pathetic. You call them to warm the milk for your crying baby and they wouldn't come for 1 and half hr and then after making calls again and again they would come. They don't guide at all about the facilities or complimentary stuff available with your package. You have to ask by yourself. They are super expensive in food. Not a single good option for kids in menu. Late night menu is useless. I asked them to provide a boiled egg in room for my kid, they didn't provide. In the morning my 2.5 yr old daughter was sleeping, my wife requested them to carry some food items from breakfast menu for her to room, something like one slice of bread and an egg, they refused. When she woke up they said breakfast menu is closed now. I mean extremely non cooperative people. Plus they have often lot of rush due to corporate groups their for trainings and seminars and restuarants are extremely busy. Overall 4/10. Just fancy building and brand name. Location is also not so special.

This Ramada was quite a different experience from other big hotels in Murree and Galiyat. Its access from Islamabad is excellent, above all others in this respect, but with an extremely poor road surface quality at the entrance. The parking is spacious and very well designed, full marks actually. Main building is huge and looks very very structuctutally sound (can be a big issue in these mountainous resorts). However the problems start with the looks and aesthetics which are almost a disaster. Grey/ blackish artificial stones with ordinary paints is the facade, almost govt building looks. Entrance lobby is quite good with beautiful, tall ceilings although the criss cross of pathways at all levels does not look good when seen from the ground and especially when the railing glass is not kept clean. The restaurant is quite unimpressive because of a 9/10 ft low celing and a dark polished wooden strip structure on its walls that's anything but pleasant. Going out to terrace, it's big and beautiful. View of the valley, main attraction for such hill stations, is reasonable as better is not possible at such low elevation. Food served was very good and the staff and service was excellent.
All in all, the whole experience was a bit of a come down, more of a budget hotel and less of a luxury and three star hotel feeling.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, beautiful views, great food, fantastic service, excellent pool, really nice staff from the lifeguards to the managers and the housekeeping team. I stayed with my family of 6 in a single brilliant room with 3 queen size beds, totally recommend, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have been to the Maldives and Dubai and the like, so this is saying something. Keep it up Ramada Murree!

I recently visited the health club at Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort and had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed using the swimming pool and other facilities, all of which were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
The highlight of my visit was definitely the massage service. Zainab, the therapist, was highly professional and provided an exceptional treatment that made the experience truly relaxing and refreshing.
I would also like to appreciate Wasif at the reception, who was very welcoming, polite, and cooperative throughout my visit. His friendly attitude made everything smooth and comfortable.
Overall, I had a great time at Ramada Murree’s health club and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I went there for an iftar buffet with my family. They had a wide variety of dishes, it was impossible to try everything in one sitting. The food selection was impressive and well presented. They also arranged a surprise hamper for a few guests, which made the iftar even more special. Parking space was very good, and the view was absolutely superb. Overall, it was a great experience.

CHEF SANA UL AIN has a tremendous taste in her hands. We are more than thrilled to have an iftar at Ramada. The food exceeded our expectations. Loved it! 👍✨

Good location with lovely views. Pool facility is clean and well maintained, although the hairdryer and jacuzzi services were out of order. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of English and desi food. The hair salon service is top notch, especially the barber guy Kaiser is a professional with good skills, didn’t disappoint.

The journey from checking in through to checking out was amazing.
Jawad. Aliya and Mukhtar were the welcoming team at reception who welcomed us with a smile and provided us with all hotel I formation and facilities.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and clean pressed bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options including pakistani english and continental.
The cheffs pakistani omelette gave that extra touch.
A wide variety and selection of foods and delicacies were available at both lunch buffet and breakfast with that extra touch.
The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
Wife had the full body massage by a lady called Shukria khudaa.
She was amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at reception restaurant waiters roomservice and cleaning staff.
A truly luxurious experience from start to finish.
I would definitely return.

Had a lovely stay at Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and overall service was great.
We booked their honeymoon package too, and it was beautifully arranged — definitely worth it and made our stay extra special.
Breakfast was amazing, especially the French toasts and cheese omelets by Sana Ul Ain. However, the restaurant experience was a bit average for me — didn’t really enjoy the pasta.
Overall, a great place to stay and I’d still recommend it.

Have never stayed in a room this big. It was so big that it wasn't intimate and didn't feel cozy. Otherwise great hotel with lots to do if you plan to stay inside the gotel. Sozo park is at a walking distance and other cafes at 5 min drive.
Swimming pool area was simply breathtaking with its panoramic views. Great breakfast.

Ramada Murree is a solid pick for a comfortable, clean stay in the Murree area—especially if you want scenic views, modern rooms, and good service. They offer a kids play area, horse riding, swimming pool, massage center, salon, gymnasium, and food courts on both the top (outdoor too) and ground floors.
Their hi-tea includes a lots of dishes with variety and taste. Ample parking space with security. Easy access from islamabad to murree expressway and to lower topa.

Went there for 3 days and 2 nights. Expected a lot from them. Not gonna lie, the building is beautiful so are the rooms. But the service was not the best. They had an attitude especially the receptionist that didnt sound welcoming. They kept charging us for the smallest things. We had booked hallooween dinner and given a good amount to them. They charged us for the water that was already at the table. Like you're charging us so much for the dinner and water is not included. Weird right. We encountered such things again and again. Food at the restaurant was also over priced. The staff needs a little training. The manager himself was friendly and welcoming. Kids area was quite dull. All in all the experience wasn't that of a 4 star hotel.

Best place to stay and unwind. Very good location. The indoor temperature control pool is matchless. Reception staff specially Ms. Aliya and Mr. Shah Zaib are very courteous and helpful. Ramada Murree is much much better than other hotels in the area.

They have facility of Play area for kids, Horse Riding, Swimming Pool, Massage center, Saloon, gymnasium, food court on top floor as well as ground floor.
Mr Shahab on Reception was very cooperative and always ready to help you.
Rest all staff including House keeping were very efficient and responsive.
Breakfast buffet was really good.
