The King Hotel

I have stayed many times and enjoy every moment at here. Room services are admirable. Hotel staff manners are excellent.
Highly recommend to stay here.

I stayed at King Hotel yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The management and staff were highly unprofessional, offering very poor and cheap service.
The most shocking incident was that the staff didn’t even bother to knock before entering the room. Instead, they opened the door directly and behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable in any hotel.
Moreover, if you have guests or acquaintances with you, the staff tends to make false accusations, which is both insulting and unprofessional.
I have already reported this matter to my company via email and strongly advise others not to choose this hotel. A place where the staff behaves in such a disrespectful way is neither safe nor comfortable for any guest.
For your own peace of mind and dignity, it’s better to avoid King Hotel.

Extremely Disappointing – Unhygienic & Poorly Maintained"
"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were filthy, and both the bedsheets and blankets had a nauseating foul smell. To make matters worse, the bed was infested with bedbugs. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the washroom. I highly recommend avoiding this place for your health and comfort.

Pathetic Rooms & nothing is up to date.
They will agree something else on the phone and then will say different things on return.
Their staff breaks the Glass of table & they charge it from guests.
Complained on the number but no response received.
Will never stay here again.

Regular visit in every month in Multan for Meeting first time spend in night stay Hotel Very Good Experience and staff are very corporate and Rich experienced personal.

My interaction with the CEO, Mr. Malik Talha, over the phone was positive. He personally followed up regarding the room accommodation, and the room provided was as per his commitment. However, the room had cockroaches; when this was reported to room service, they responded promptly and carried out fumigation.
The main issue was with the attached washroom, which was dirty and poorly maintained. The flush tank was not properly fixed, and I eventually had to fix it myself. When I reported this issue to the reception the following morning, the staff member on duty was not interested in listening or addressing the concern, which was disappointing and not in line with good customer service.

We booked their deluxe room for a familu of 5. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They immediately prepared the room and provided us with the extra mattresses we needed. The room had good heating. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the room as it was a bit dusty, pribably due to the mattresses they provided. But overall the experience wqs good.

I gave them 10 stars if possible. Great service supportive staf. I am totally satisfied.

Overall satisfactory remarks. Good hospitality. On time service, decent environment. Recommended to stay herewith or without family.

From 7:00 am they turned off the A. C from breaker. When I asked from reception they told me that there is no wapda. And when I checked it from main Db the breaker was off. Beware from this type of Hotel.

Probably Good Experience the staff was cooperative and Wel mannered. Room was Good And the charges were affordable and worthit.

My stay at The King Hotel was lovely. The staff was well trained and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, bathrooms were also clean and had hot water available. The location is also in the middle of the city with all the best food and exploring spots nearby. I recommend this hotel to families looking for a safe and clean place to stay during their visits in Multan.

The King Hotel, situated on Tariq Road in Multan, can be considered an average hotel in terms of its overall quality. However I found a little bit issue in washroom and delay in work, but staff is cooperative. I also visited nearest hotels on the Tariq road but comparatively king hotel is best.
Regards: Rana Naeem.

Definitely worth it, a very caring staff, nice rooms.

Definitely not regimes recommended as the furniture was old and broken and the washrooms weren't nice at the price point.
At night they were continuously turning off the ACs.

Good service and good management.
And good comparative sataf.
Thanks.
