I made reservation at Hotel SR lounge Multan hoping a safe option to pre-book as I was to reach the hotel at 10pm so to avoid inconvenience at almost midnight. On the day of my reservation I received a call from another hotel "Pak continental Multan" saying that Hotel SR lounge is fully booked thus your booking has been diverted to us so you should be coming to Pak continental directly from Airport. Out of surprise by this call, I said let me call Hotel SR lounge first. I called Hotel SR lounge manager and he said there was some confusion which is why you received this call, you should not worry, we have your room reserved. My flight was to reach Multan by 10 pm so I informed him that I will be there by 10pm as hotel was 10 minutes away from Airport. But unfortunately my flight got late by 1 hour and I reached the hotel at 11 pm. To my surprise the hotel had no room for me and said you were late so we gave your room to someone else. They said they have another hotel just across the road there is one room available, they can have me accommodate there only. The manager was very rude and scolded me for being demanding of my desired room saying I should be thankful that they are atleast offering me a place to stay. On reaching the other Hotel " grace inn", I found the room was extremely dirty, stained bed, and broken toilet seat. The SR lounge also promised that it would be of same charge but in morning grace inn hotel manager said their hotel charge per night is 4500.
Everything is okay service is okay now I will give you suggestion to everyone to stay in hotel sr longuge ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
