Great place for executive stays! Good food! Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel place is very calm and quiet. Perfect for holidays. Staff is very cooperative.

The work on the lift is ongoing, which is a hassle if you get a room in the upper floors. The food is good. Best part is that they also serve steam vegetables and options for health conscious people. If you need to get your clothes ironed make sure you give them way ahead of schedule as they dont give it timely, sometimes. Rest of the stay was good.

Positive — — Clean, big rooms, courteous staff. Negative — — Very hidden secluded neighbourhood not close to any city attractions, had to request for ironing board, iron, blow dryer, no extra toilet paper or bath towels in the bathroom. Elevator NOT working.

I love to go to the cafe they have good sandwiches and brownie, hotel seems quite comfortable one should give it a try.

Bad food, no taste in any item of the menu. Poor service, chelf even don't know prope cooking methods. Laundry service is third class, very expensive as compared to poor services.

I liked their overall service. Staff is courteous, rooms are executive and we'll equipped, food taste is really good. Plus they have massage, spa and top notch Gym facility.

Great stay and service. Quiet area good for rest. Prompt courteous front desk. Left my debit card in room and was collected and safely held until our pickup at front desk after 1 week to return back. Nice breakfast included. Ordered desi food late from room service was very tasty. Will return.

We stayed 4 nights here. For the price this hotel is adequate. It's a nice building in a side street off Mall Road, a fairly quiet area. The location is great. The lobby is very small but functional and the rooms are of good quality. The bed linen and decor is of decent quality. There is free Wi-Fi when it works. The mini bar had drinks and was very cold with reasonable prices. The negative aspects are that the service needs to improve, it often takes a few calls to housekeeping to get something as basic as toilet paper. The bathroom is clean if a little dated and nearly every morning we awoke to an extremely bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Despite numerous complaints we were told not to use the extractor fan and someone from housekeeping came along with an air freshener. There is no parking facilities except on the street outside although there are guards outside 24 hours. I'm not too sure about security either as the metal detector didn't work at the entrance. The TV had cable but most of the channels did not have a good quality picture. They were also rudely and often asking our check out date and time as if they were keen to get the next customers in. All in all not too bad if you want the basic services but I will be looking elsewhere next time I'm in Lahore.

Breakfast is not good. Laundry is terrific. Take care when return your dress check carefully. White tshirt can be return pink to you :)

Not worth staying in this hotel. Reception desk, dining room, water system in rooms sucks. Donot waste your money. There are plenty of hotels on mall road with good customer service.

Also some Pakistani hotels including this one need to stop telling their customers "no 'women' allowed" (meaning girlfriends) as its non of their business if anyone wants to bring such a guest and it is offensive. The TV had cable but most of the channels did not have a good quality picture. They were also rudely and often asking our check out date and time as if they were keen to get the next customers in.

Pricy for service and accommodation but good for a short stay. No parking inside the premises and executive room doesn't feel executive at all. Room size is good but TV is tiny for its size. The hotel has a health club on site and provides complimentary breakfast. Location is prime in the heart of the city.

Wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again.
