The management should have removed the name Best from their name and renamed as Worst Western Hotel. Poor rooms, worst wash room which have rusted fittings and are very small. What to talk of a single restaurant which is poorly kept and serves food in breakfast which no body wants to eat. This place is only suited for Lawyers and State Bank officers as offices of both of them are situated down the street. For families please keep off this place.

Worst place to stay in Lahore. Better go to a Manji hotel at Railway station rather than staying here. THe building starting from main lobby, restaurant and washrooms specially is in need of a massive overhall. The central jail or kot lakh pat jail would be having more spacious washrooms. Stay away from this place.

This place is not worth staying. Washrooms are so small that you can barely stand in front of the sink. The breakfast is pathetic, and the table cloth is not changed for days. Problem of hotwater availability. Room service is poor. Never ever waste your money on this hotel and check reviews of Booking and Tripadvisor which have similar comments.

Good hotel good service they don't accomodate couples and they Don't acomodate people of same cities.

Service is good and meal is owsum. I like achari chicken very much.

It has a great food court, nice gym, nice accommodation, the only problem is that you may find difficulties in finding parking.

Awesome experience, dear friends, it's hell of difference being a student r being in the ground to work. But we knew our values as a diploma holders. God's grace, that we are being respected and being trained, all the staff is loving, helpful and ready to teach. Executive Chef, Mr Sarfraz is a nice person. Full of knowledge and abilities, all rounder can work anywhere and still humble. I hope that we will have a great time.

This is a local hotel in Lahore. The food is ok but not up to The Mark. If you want some cheeper accommodation then I I'll suggest you to stay in this hotel. Safe your money. Otherwise I will never recommend to stay in there. Because room service is so poor.

Food delivered late. Bad condition of bathrooms. Leakage. Food is good. Staff is nice. Maintaining the structure and pipe lines overall is seriously needed. And plus it's haunted. The staff knows but never admits the visitor is right about complaining there is something.

Very good three star Hotel of Lahore city with luxeruse services at conveinat place.

Absolutely terrible went on there website contact number is dead called best western in Islamabad went through 5 operators eventually got best western Lahore number totally different from there website tried calling that number no answer mail box is full pls avoid this hotel.

A really best western hotel but not at proper location.

Hotel itself is very good but its location is not ideal. Roads are always rushed and crowded.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Everything is exceptional, the rooms, the facilities and the food. We spent a lovely evening in the lounge enjoying wine by the fire. Standing above it all is the service. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and it felt like they knew us.

Great Pakistani Breakfast with lots of hot food options. The room while old was clean and 100% functional which is not always the case in Pakistan. Good TV channel selection and high speed internet to do business. The Hotel does have a generator which really helps when you just have to complete some emails. The view from Rooftop is interesting. The guards out front are friendly but professional. I got the feeling they would stand by me if needed. Pakistan is a difficult country at times but the Best Western does try to offer a safe "Western" experience. While not perfect — it is appreciated by me and I am sure others who have spent time travelling in the area.

Nice facility probably the best in 2 km radius of its location, food is good also, lunch and hi tea recommended.

Poor service. Poor management. Had to stay there with friends. Half of rooms had boiling room temp and rest were shivering. The response of hotel management was the concern as kept reminding them. Room service charges for simple things are highly unreasonable. I got a little milk pack for 350 rupees three times the market price. Nor recommended due poor service.

Located at busy road and you may face parking issue during working hours. Otherwise a better 3 star option.

Good service it was a good experience of mine liked it.

I stayed two nights recently. The customer service was very poor. They demand that you pay the charges for each night in advance. The receptionist Zia ur Rehman became very rude when I suggested that I will pay for second night on check out. It was raining on second day and the room became flooded with water which came in through the closed windows somehow. Obviously they were not properly sealed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
