Hotel Orange One

Pathetic staff behavior. Location is good if you have business trip for Lahore wholesale markets. Next to metro station for easy commute to city.
Not a good value for money primarily because of non trained and non curteous staff.

"I recently stayed at Orange one hotel on November 1st, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The issue wasn't with the hotel's amenities or cleanliness but with the local authorities.
Two policemen visited our room, allegedly checking for an unauthorized female guest. Despite our assurance that we were three men traveling together, they proceeded to inspect the room. What was more concerning was that they took pictures of one of my companions without our consent.
We understand the importance of security and law enforcement, but the manner in which this was handled was unprofessional and intrusive. As guests, we expect a certain level of respect for our privacy and security during our stay.
Given this experience, I would caution others to be aware of potential issues and consider looking into alternative accommodations that prioritize guest safety and respect.

I stayed there for two nights with family. The rooms were clean. Food was good, though sometimes the service gets slow. AC was working perfectly, with 24/7 backup. Wifi was reasonable.
Above that they have someone who cleans your car every morning without being asked, that's something that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Rooftop restaurant was not functional.
The only improvement that I can suggest: to replace the washroom towels as they are not only old but also had bad odour. The bedside lamp's and TV plugs were missing.
Overall it was a good experience and can recommend.

Very nice hotel. Rooms included bathroom slippers, tv, a stocked mini fridge, and air condition. Restaurant upstairs, you can eat inside or on the roof. Food was very good and breakfast was included. Very beautiful. Lots of places to visit nearby. Website says there is a swimming pool, but there isn't one. Front desk was super helpful getting is a taxi and recommending places. Great experience, I hope to visit again soon!

Unprofessional staff, rude manager. Unresponsive and utterly blaming customers.
Food quality was worst: raw and tasteless karahi, uncooked rice. And icecream was beyond the world (came from pluto).
Even lights were fused. Oven was out of order.
Unable to Manage 130 persons.

I stayed here for over a week with family and the rooms were spacious and clean, all the facilities like AC, heat, hot water, showers, and elevators were excellent. There is breakfast with hot tea served every morning and the location is very convenient. The room service was amazing and I came back to clean rooms every single day. Ask for the manager Umer if you need anything, he is a great guy.

I stayed their 3 nights, If you want to waste your time and money so only book your hotel than. Worst service, our washroom lock is broken I told them all 3 days I do several calls, they didn’t do anything, washroom lock is broken, lcd not working, no room service all 3 days I call them several times, no dustbin, no tissues, on our last day they overbooked the hotel and saying leave the room one day before, didn’t bother to ask our stay is extended or not. Overall worst experience.

Pathetic experience. Save your money and never book a room here. Zero customer service. ACs are malfunctioned and even if it is working, they will keep turning off the breaker. No concept of room clearning. Do not even turn on backup generator.

Not corporate staff and 10 to 20 minutes avial and charg amount total. When the amount settlement and cancel only 20 minit but staff is rudely behavior and not to reverse amount… Becare full.

The hotel and location are good, only a few issues regarding room service. The food was very good, tasty and fresh.
