Amer Hotel

As soon as we stepped into the room there was a very bad smell. Pethatic service, very dull vibes, rooms are super dirty. We booked our hotel one day before and still they did not bother to clean anything. There were termites in the room. Dont get deceived by the location of this hotel, because they dont have proper staff, zero maintanance. Bedsheets, pillows, floor, walls, washrooms each and everything is extremely dirty.

It's a wonderful property with amazing service. If they have a better location with more parking space it would be 4 star hotel for sure.

Good size room and good location very friendly staff.

Lobby was well furnished.
But rooms are not so good. And renovation work is process so visit after a month.

The washrooms are not well their leakege, cloth hangers in washrooms are broken. No room service. Unwashed blankets. No Wi-Fi. Not recommended for might stay.

The location of amer hotel is good. But the hotel it's self is very very poor. Don't sunk in by the outer looks of the hotel. From the outside the hotel looks good, but when you go inside there is even not properly lights and the hotel from the inside is like a graveyard and the rooms are very very dirty and their are literally cockroaches running on the tables. We have wasted our 20 minutes at the hotel. Never ever think of booking this hotel.

Horrible rooms, mold on the walls, bathrooms don't work, bugs everywhere. Dirty dusty floors and furniture. Dirty bedsheets and no room service. There is a musty smell in the air and these rooms have not been cleaned at all.

Do not stay here. Incredibly unhygienic and filthy conditions. The bedsheets are dirty, the walls are moldy, the washrooms are not worth using, the air is stale and we felt physically sick within minutes of coming here. Whoever gave this place more than 1 star is a liar. Seriously, if you care about your health, do not stay here.

The location of hotel is good but hotel itself is extremely pathetic and old and dirty and totally disgusting. The sheets the sofas the curtains everything was years old and dirty. The washrooms and rooms had dirty smell. Not worth it guys. You'll throw up.

They have quite big building, wide lobby & trying to maintain their soft image to get a very handsome room fair but fall badly when it comes to cleanliness & quality of services. Dirty & leaked bathroom, I even cannot post pic. You can estimate the quality of cleanliness of room that when I slide the curtain then I found USED CONDOM behind it. They claimed free breakfast, it is also a lie, they never offered us breakfast, on day 1 we only ordered 2 cups of tea insteasd of whole breakfast then you know what, room service boy came with Bill of RS 175 for those 2 cups of tea. Unfortunately this hotel is not recommended.

Stay in Amir Hotel Like a hell. Staf is like wild animals. Amir Hotel counter will charge all amount in advance and the will treat you like a animal. No warm water no heater. In night nobody will be on complain counter. And you will yourself in hell. Staff attitude is like wild animals. They charge you extra and tell lie. Best hotel in the heart of city. Easily go every were.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights.
I must say Amer hotel is the best hotel with vvvv good service in a reasonable price including breakfast bufee.
Room was booked by 1 of our family friend. And I m very satisfied and happy with his choice.
Hotel Staff all are very supportive.
I recommend every 1 for Amer hotel.

The reception looked nice but it was a facade. The rooms are ancient! Extremely outdated and dirty looking. The mattresses and pillows were severely uncomfortable and caused my family back issues.
The washroom was a mess — no hot running water, the door handle broke off, the shower head fell off mid shower and looks dingy.
The biggest complaint is security — the room door and locks HAVE to be changed as they do not close properly. Breakfast was a plus but the selection is limited.
The reception staff were very rude upon check in and automatically demanded the hotel fees which I have not had to do before and this sparked my initial skepticism and wariness.
Internet did not work and staff seemed unwilling to give the password.
Would not visit again — needs drastic improvement.
