Very good staff and very reasonable location for entering Lahore cantt.

I stay for one night it's beautiful and decent place 100% recommend, must visit if you want decent price and beautiful room. Staff is very friendly, specially Mr Imran on front desk.

The staff is not professional and they have to respect the customer, it's the first time in a holiday hotel.

Affordable price and near to airport many restaurants around the area and easy to find.
Room and washroom are clean.

Service not upto standard. Booked a tripple room but got a double saying we dont have tripple room available now. Although I called and confirmed multiple times beforehand.

Good hotel and has good services. There are many options for the eating purpose near the hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Lahore. I had booked a room in advance for 4 days, but when I arrived, the room was already given to someone else. After some back-and-forth, I was given a different room, but the condition was terrible. The window lock was broken, allowing a mouse to enter the room, which is completely unhygienic. When I complained and asked for a cancellation and refund, the staff was unhelpful, and the manager was rude, even blaming me for the situation. Eventually, I got my money back, but they deducted charges for one night, even though I did not stay there. Overall, a very poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reporting location that doesn't exist in Askari X. They are not picking phone as well. Beware. Call before starting the travel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The level of comfort was exceptional, the rooms were spotless and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Checked in at 06:30. Didn’t get the AC turned on until 07:00 and didn’t get water until 08:00, so we decided to leave. We were still charged for one night. Very disappointed. Don’t recommended at all.

Booked 2 nights here. Arrived in the morning and there was no water for the shower. Was told to wait 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, water was in the taps but not in the shower. Was told to wait another 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes there was still no water and we decided to leave. We were only refunded for one night. Very bad service.

Very bad experience, not good service, dirty bedsheets etc.

Be aware. The unprofessional staff and unsatisfactory cleanliness left much to be desired. The room was unkempt, with hair and remnants from the previous guest evident. The bedding seemed unchanged, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold, and both the bathroom and surroundings were dusty and unpleasantly odorous. Improvement in cleanliness and service would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The guy on the reception knows nothing about service or customer service. Its not a proper hotel dwelling. Kinda shady. The rooms r filthy😁, Bed sheets seems like r thier forever. Bayhrooms water are blocked and uses counterfiet soaps in their room. The owner negotaite prices and has a typical murree hotel owners mentality. Milk the customers as much as u can. Sometime harrasing them that because he rented the room to u and he lost some other god business. The price he charge one can comfotably get a good room im nearby areas. Iam sharing my experience so that he can improve his behaviour and maintian his rooms a bit. Worthnoting is no view out of windows.
