NuvaHotel Nuva Hotel-DHA 2

One of the worst experience to book with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and paid online. Upon reaching at hotel from airport at night, they refused to accept my booking, and told me to pay on counter. Showed them the booking confirmation and payment receipt, but they didn't acknowledge it. Asked them to provide me the letter that they are not accepting this booking but they even didn't bother to provide. For me this is a fraud and cheating. I will advise not to take risk by booking with them online.

I recently stayed at Nuva Hotel near DHA 2, Islamabad, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the DHA area or needing quick access to GT Road and the Islamabad Expressway. The location is quiet yet central enough for easy travel to nearby attractions and commercial areas.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the basic amenities one would expect for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was also clean, with hot water available at all times, which I really appreciated.
One of the highlights was the service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests or needs. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, and they even offered to arrange transportation for me, which was very helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was decent, with a variety of local and continental options. It wasn’t extravagant, but it was enough to start the day right. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with attentive staff making sure everything was in order.
Overall, Nuva Hotel is a great value for money, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the DHA area. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it provides all the essentials with a personal touch that makes you feel welcome.

We had a one night stay at Islamabad, and this place was comfortable and cozy. The room service was good, the kitchen service needs to be better.
All in all, it was a really good experience!

Realy an awesome experience. Everything was upto mark. Beautiful building excellent service and staff. Rooms were so nice and mainly there washrooms were exceptional.
Best thing about this hotel is cleanliness. I think that was there main focus and goal to give a clean environment.
Every one should give a try.

The problem with the place is mainly the management. They don't know what their rooms are. I mean how could a manager not know what is the state of their own rooms. The windows don't open so forget about any ventilation or room terrace. Another thing is that they don't even respond to most questions if you don't repeat to them twice. The lift is also in a really bad shape like in a life threatening shape. I hope you guys get better otherwise you'll be out of business. Because the single night we stayed out of 30-40 rooms only 2 rooms including us was filled.
