My experience at Nuva Hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, often taking simple concerns personally instead of handling them maturely. Basic hospitality manners were clearly lacking.
Hygiene standards were very poor. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority. It made the stay uncomfortable and stressful.
The manager’s behavior was also rude and uncooperative, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving issues.
Overall, I would not recommend Nuva Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. Serious improvements in staff training, cleanliness, and customer service are needed.
