Nuva Hotel

My experience at Nuva Hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, often taking simple concerns personally instead of handling them maturely. Basic hospitality manners were clearly lacking.
Hygiene standards were very poor. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority. It made the stay uncomfortable and stressful.
The manager’s behavior was also rude and uncooperative, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving issues.
Overall, I would not recommend Nuva Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. Serious improvements in staff training, cleanliness, and customer service are needed.

A wonderful stay with my family, a combo of luxury and comfort. Staff was excellent and professional. I'll consider this again IA.

Exceptional Service and Genuine Hospitality.
I needed to book a room last minute, for some guests, and Nuva Hotel exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the team was accommodating, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail.
Special mention must go to Bilal Hussain (PDO), who seamlessly handled all of our needs with thoughtfulness and care. The waitstaff—Kamran and Ali—provided consistently excellent service throughout the stay. General Manager Mohammed Miraj Fazil clearly sets a high standard for the entire team, and it shows.
Beyond the warm hospitality, the practical touches made a real difference: the tea is genuinely amazing, and they arranged car rentals at very reasonable prices, making the stay comfortable and convenient.
Whether you're planning ahead or booking last minute, Nuva Hotel delivers reliable, quality service with the kind of personal touch that's increasingly rare. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Islamabad.
