Hotel Faran

The owner is not honest and scams tourist. I arrived exhausted, he gave me a room doble the price, that I accepted without knowing it as I was very tired. When waking up I checked the prices, asked for refund but be refuses, keeping making up argument.
This was my first night in Pakistan, and is the last in Islamabad, I will not come again in this city.

Very nice hotel, discount for longer stays. We stayed in Executive room. Fridge, sofa, ac, and lots of closet space. Our refrigerator didn't work, so they brought another one & switched them out. Both western & in ground toilets, shower, & slippers included. Rooms service available with good food! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Not clean, No good service, Wifi was very bad, they turn off the AC unit whenever they want and when we say to turn it on they were turning it on 2 hours later. And they charged why too much for 2 bed 2 bath rooms. And it was the most unhygienic extra mattress and blankets I have ever seen.

Low standard hotel, very small rooms with low roof,
Always full of unethical people,
Too much noise, was not able to sleep whole night coz of noise, so I complained to the hotel management their reply was that it is Hotel not home, we can not stop or direct people to be quiet.

Two of the employees were very rude he acted like a boss around. I think that kills all the experience and the mood.

Very good room. But pest control spray is strongly recommend.
I feel it's a little expensive.

Food was not much tasty and also expensive then usual.

Recently went to hotel farhan Islamabad. Had terrible experience. Firstly they booked me with a vip suite which wasn't used by months. Totally dirty. Furniture was broken. Insects and Cockroaches were roaming around. And for such huge room they had a weak air conditioner which was old and was totally ruined. After complaining they shifted me to another room which was used by there staff. And it's washroom was hell. What a pathetic behavior it was to entertain your guests with a room used by your staff. With such situation I stepped out with my family and taken my money back. And there prices are reaching sky high with such terrible situation. They are charging more than 8000 where as in 5000+ you will get a better room in good locality. I would definitely not recommend anyone to step into faran with your families.

Low cost.
We asked for cleaning the room which the staff did.
The staff at the reception is not friendly.
But clean bathrooms and room.
Water dispensers at every floor.
Cupboards were broken.
Double bed had a queen sized bed on it.
Location is not good.
Very busy area and mechanic shops nearby.
They also provide food service.
Breakfast was fine and tasty.

The Hotel Faran is one of the best hotels in Islamabad.
I went there multiple times for staying the staff behavior is best, luxury roms, food is also normal. But the best thing is the staff behavior and service which is all the best. I appreciate their service and hospitality.
