Hotel Double1 Hotel 11

So far so good, If you want to come to ibcc this is best hotel as it is 2mint walking distance from there, need some improvement areas but still worth it.

Very disappointing stay at Hotel 11. The room was not clean, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the staff was unprofessional. Facilities did not work properly despite high charges. Not recommended.

Rooms, services and location was amazing. Mainly rooms were great.

Not a good location for families, car body / auto mechanics all around.

Absolutely horrible rooms were not clean when we arrived there was cockroach’s and all kind of bugs in the room. Beds were not comfortable we stayed 1 hour extra the check out time and were charged another day fee absolutely 0 customer service.

My experience at Hotel 11 was generally fine. The staff and reception were caring and friendly. The room charges were reasonable, but the food was expensive, so we opted to order online. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was not very clean; cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bedding was dirty, so I had to use my own sheets. For the rate of 6, 000 per night, I expected better cleanliness.

Rooms are average but staff really coprative or they deal delicious food love it.

All rooms above deluxe (including it) are good. Rest are v. Mediocre. Inexpensive.

Everything was good especially the food and the hospitality.

Hotel 11 provide excellent services to their customer. Recommended.

It's a good hotel but the only problem was that there was no hot water.

The hotel is good but needs some improvements, Like keeping the rooms clean and not letting bad smells come from the room, the location of this hotel is very good for those who want to go to the northern area beyond Islamabad.

I reserved a room well in advance here, months before I was meant to be coming to pakistan, and a day before the reservation they even texted to ask what time I will be coming. When I got there, they were acting as if there was no reservation in my name and telling me there are no rooms. This has wasted a lot of my time trying to sort out other accommodation.

Beds were not clean there were insects on bed sheets.
Our room was in basement and there were no cell phone signals.
Also there was a door inside our room and we can hear the noises of people who were staying in next room. They were so loud and they kept watching TV till 4am and then they woke up again at 7 and started talking to each other loudly. At that time no staff was available who can ask them to stay silent. We could not sleep the whole night.
Our experience was really bad here.
Also there was a workshop on ground floor of the building. And we were in basement, there were so much noise from the workshop.
We ordered breakfast from hotel and they gave us breakfast in broken tray 👎
This hotel is not recommended at all.

One of the reasons I chose this small hotel was for a short lay-over before flight next morning; this hotel claimed to have airport shuttle. Unfortunately, I checked in I asked bout airport drop-off and they didnt want to know and fobbed me off by teling me to use online taxi apps. I installed a couple of apps but none of them worked. I started panicking thinking I wont have transport in morning and I would miss my flight. But luckily I telephoned a friend who booked a taxi for me.
The hotel is by no means high quality, its just ok for lay over. The staff are helpful and polite. Bathroom is reasonably clean although they only give you one towel for 2 people.
The hotel is indeed very hard to find even with satnav, its tucked away in a residential street and even the locals dont know about it.
