Had very bad experience. Too much electricity issue. Management doesn't bother to switch on generator in this hot weather. My daughter got ill as we spent nights with out electricity. Neither their solar works properly nor their generator.
It was away from market place too.
It was a nice experience, and the service by manger amen zada and Ali was fantastic I really recommend this place for family and friends. Thanks.

Our stay at Hunza Hidden Palace was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hosts treated us like family, their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. The place truly lives up to its name: a peaceful hidden gem surrounded by stunning mountain views.
The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious (home-cooked with so much love! ), and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.
If you’re visiting Hunza Valley and want an authentic experience filled with warmth and local charm, I can’t recommend Hunza Hidden Palace enough. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories!
