As the name suggests the hotel did give us a "platinum" experience. The hotel interiors and rooms were very neatly maintained, silent and beautiful. Staff were cordial and hospitality was appreciable. Only suggestion is regarding the breakfast menu. The choices for main course were limited as compared to other hotels we hv so far visited. And the parking lot is nt much maintained. Apart frm that we wld love to share that we had a very pleasant stay we enjoyed 3days in there. Kids loved the pool too which was maintained well.

The Platimun is my second home. They make me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have spent over 200 nights there in the past four years. Believe me, the staff will make your visit great. They go the extra kilometer to make sure guests are well taken care of. Wi-Fi in the room is great. Everything is first class.

It is one of the best places we have stayed! The rooms are very cozy, clean, perfectly decorated! It was such an authentic and homely place! Great location. A few minutes walk to lot of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and food in general was good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Very Good place to stay. Staff is very good and co operative. Food and Cleanliness is best.

Good daily cleaning, bathrooms need some better finishing, replacing cracked mirrors, breakfast is good but pls stop using the cheap industrial juice, what would it cost you to squeeze couple of real oranges? Also the sweets are tasteless. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

The place was under renovation… The lobby Air con wasn't working which isnt a great feeling when one walks into a hotel especially when it's close to 45Degrees outside with a 90% humidity. Valet is literally not to be found most of the time. Rooms are pretty okie… nothing to complain. For the money, I thought Breakfast was a disappointment.

Location is perfect being in the middle of Al Khuwair Central area and close to markets, coffee shops, restaurants, business centers and currency exchange offices. Wi-Fi available for free, room service is good compared to others in the area.

A hotel in the heart of the city, with shops, money exchanges and restaurants at a walking distance. A nice rooftop pool and Jacuzzi with a beautiful city view and distant mountains pleases your eyes. A small gym with steam room is a welcome addition. A great hotel for teetotalers. :)
