Caesar Hotel

Room has bad smell. At night almost 3 am too much noisy because of night club. Breakfast is poor.

Had booked a Deluxe Room in advance. When I arrived with my family, the hotel staff said no rooms were available and convinced us that they would provide a Suite Room instead. However, they did not give a suite room and finally allotted the same deluxe room I had already booked.
Despite this inconvenience, I was overcharged, This was a very disappointing and exhausting experience due to poor management and false promises. Worst experience.

Decent hotel. Great location. Suite was good. However, unpleasant for families and gets shady with the inbuilt spa. Idk how this is even legal in Muscat.

Decent Room for the cost, very limited food verity for Breakfast. Overall experience is good and recommended at below OMR 20 Suit Room.

⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended.
We arrived with our family and a 2-year-old baby at 2 PM, even though the check-in time was 12 PM. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and made us wait 45 minutes. When I asked about the check-in time, he responded with attitude and even questioned what time I would vacate. That was really a surprise question.
The room was completely different from the photos — old, smelling strongly of cigarettes, and with a connecting door that felt unsafe. Later at night, we even requested a bottle of water and were told it is chargeable at night, which is unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, the experience was terrible. Extremely poor service, unprofessional staff, and misleading rooms.

This hotel is located at a very prime location, you have Muscat grand mall and Lulu’s avenue mall at walkable distance. Nice restaurants close by, free parking is available. It looks a bit dated but amenities are not! Friendly and helpful staffs. Sultan khaboos mosque is just 5 minutes away! Enjoyed the stay!

Hotel service's is amazing, but I don't know about restaurant.

The location is easy the display viry nice clean and Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places.

Very nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. Value for money!

Located in Al khuwair, heart of Muscat on the distance 10 to 15 minuts from airport. Avenue Mall, Muscat grand mall are very near. Lot of restaurents are near by. There is also cafe on ground floor of the hotels which offer sheesah and lot more. Staff is very nice and cooperative specially Mr. Saif on reception.

I had bad experience with the security guy (black guy). He is so unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat the hotel guests. They also charge fees for your orders to be taken upstairs. Totally not recommending the stay.

I am very satisfied with my stay here for 8 days. It is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. Extremely clean room. I loved the design. Everything looked really new when I was there. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

The reception procedures are good. I thank the Indian young man and brother Muhammad who are present at the reception for the amount of cooperation and respect. I also request the attention of the hotel official from some of the reception staff who are manipulating the increase in prices. This is an inappropriate treatment of security. Personally, I was exposed to this issue. Location close to amenities you need and clean.

Very clean, hygienic and spacious rooms. Decent food. Location is Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful but unprofessional in some way, Said from reception was asking for extra (didn't make it clear what it was for).
