Want to kick us out because we don't have Omani we only have usd and we don't have our passports because it was in the Chinese embassy we can't exchange wish they solve cases like that but the hotel is so clean but it has a bad internet.

Staff are to much helpful. Hotel is next to mosque.

Over all it's good but it's OK to stay for one or two days 😜

Location is very good.
Mattress is slight hard.

Crooks. They took half a day because I spent.
Less than an hour. The room was noisy because of the bad air conditioning unit whips and filth in all parts of the room.
Even the receptionist broke up the deal.

Breakfast is limited to the Indian cuisine, which is not suitable for everyone.

Located in prime location. Easy to access to near by malls & other places in the city. Rooms & food are in average quality & budget friendly.

I visited your hotel on August 5, 2024, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with your front office staff. The person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He behaved as if he was the owner of the hotel, displaying an attitude that is entirely unsuitable for a customer service role. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I believe this individual is not fit for a job that requires interaction with guests.
I hope you will take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

It was late review but just want share my good experience. Me and my buddie friend booked 1 night to explore the muscat Oman. The FO staff was very accommodating and friendly. He assisted us and gave us a good rate. We try their good as well and so amazing, itv was yummy, that is why we ordered again. Again thank you for making our 1 day tour memorable…

The room was clean and the bed sheets was clean and smells good as well the towels 👌👌
I have not tried their food tho so I have no idea.

Exceptional service from all departments. Front desk and dining staff are very receptive and accedes to every request. Location is superb. Getting cabs is not a problem and the bus stops are 5 minutes away. There is no shortage of food outlets as well. Highly recommended.

Best hotel. Best location best staff best comfort… I enjoyed my stay in the heart of the city everything is close by shopping mall restaurants super market. Best place for walking cleanliness of the best very good staff is the best they help us for every request.

The staff are good welcoming, accomodating etc, most of all the food 100 percent are delicious.

It a place to eat filipinos favourite chicken joy.
