I had a fantastic stay at the Double Tree by Hilton Qurum. A very special thank you to Aala at the front desk for the usual warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Her kindness and dedication made my stay truly memorable. Her attention to details is top notch and impeccable.
I would also like to recognize Samir from the front desk for being really accommodating and nice. And also, Hanif from housekeeping for keeping my room impeccably clean every day and for always being happy to help.
Great breakfast team too.
Also, I love the hotel ambience, looks really good and smells nice.

Returning to this great hotel in Muscat with the family. We enjoyed the easy location perfect for both business and leisure. Very comfortable with nice fresh bedding and so clean hotel — will be returning. Breakfast was great but coffee was really good! A few shops in and around the complex for extra convenience … will be returning.
Hotel has a pool on the rooftop and gym, with a sauna/ steam room and jacuzzi. Really good and new facilities with friendly Helpful staff. Thanks for a great stay again!

Hotel extremely comfortable, spacious apartments, making you feel home even you are staying in a hotel. I like that there is every comfort with a separate big kitchen and laundry room in the apartment. Amazing smell in lobby and each floor. Very well located, a lot of shops around, mini-malls, restaurants and supermarket.
The manager, Mustafa is very helpful, shows constant availablity, open to solutions and ready to assist you.
Permanent cleaning and maintenance services. We had problems with the water tank in the kitchen and in the bathroom and they changed it the same day. The pool on the roof is a big plus. Amazing view by night. The pool mattresses are very good and comfortable. Things to improve:
1. The cleaning staff is superficial sometimes, they clean only visible areas without moving shoes or bags from the floor and they always forget something to leave (either toilet paper, towels, bathrobe or coffee).
2. At breakfast area, the waiters do not promptly clear the plates from the table after you finish one course; you have to call them to pick up the plates from the table.
3. The mini tables at the pool area should be cleaned also from dust. Not always available towels.
Per total, the hotel is very good, small improvements in skills are needed and I would recommend it especially for long-term staying.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank the entire staff for their excellent service. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would especially like to give additional recognition to Sohel for the outstanding help and support, and for preparing the room so beautifully—everything was ready to a very high standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful One‑Month Stay at DoubleTree Hilton.
We stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton Muscat for a full month, and every single day was a pleasure. The hotel is exceptionally well‑run, and the service truly stands out.
A special mention goes to Mustafa, the hotel manager, whose courtesy, professionalism, and constant availability made our stay feel personal and cared for. Another big thank you to Brent at the front desk—always ready to help with a smile and consistently supportive.
The facilities are excellent: the pool, gym, steam room, and sauna are all well‑maintained and a joy to use. The location is very central, making it easy to get around, and the lobby always smelled amazing and was spotless, no matter the time of day.
One small area for improvement would be the room furniture, which could benefit from modernization. Some drawers didn’t open smoothly and lacked the usual Hilton touch. However, this did not take away from the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, the hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and genuinely felt like home. We thoroughly enjoyed living here for a month and would happily return.

Loved our stay here! First and foremost, service was great from check in, to breakfast, to check out. Loved having a kitchen and several rooms, yet it still truly felt like a hotel stay, just with additional space. The gym was fantastic — it had everything needed for a good workout As the equipment was new, fresh and in great condition. As for the breakfast it was really good and had a nice selection of items. Finally, the sauna was lovely and hot, though the jaccuzzi was unfortunately broken so that was a big minus. As for the location it was in an area with lots of shops (in particular gold/jewellery) so for anyone wanting to shop it is great. It is also pretty near a park and also the beach is not far off. I will also have to comment on the traffic noise you can hear — though not too bad it is noticeable. All in all a really good stay, would recommend this hotel for sure!

Sharif was an absolutely fantastic server! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly hospitable throughout the entire meal. He made sure our food was perfect, checked in at all the right times, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in his service. Because of Sharif, our visit was memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re dining here!

I am Sümeyra from Aure Travel, a luxury travel planner, and I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat with my family during a business trip.
The experience was truly exceptional. As a travel planner, I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this stay was on a completely different level. What stood out most was the unique sense of calm and serenity throughout the hotel.
Everything felt perfectly organized, yet never hectic or stressful.
The rooms were immaculately clean at all times, and I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. Every detail was handled with care and precision.
The breakfast was excellent, and special recognition goes to the Breakfast Manager, who was incredibly attentive and always seemed to anticipate our wishes before we even expressed them.
I would also like to especially thank Mustafa, the hotel manager, for his professionalism, warmth, and leadership. His presence and attention to detail clearly reflect in the overall guest experience.
For me, this hotel was the perfect base for my business trip in Muscat. It made my days easier, more pleasant, and allowed me to go to my appointments feeling relaxed and energized.
My children absolutely loved the hotel — especially the rooftop pool and the friendly atmosphere. They quickly connected with other lovely guests, friendships were formed, and even new business connections emerged for us as adults.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The location was great, and overall it was a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. A very nice, well-maintained hotel. The pool area is upscale and very comfortable. Our housekeeper, Hanif, was outstanding; we thank him. The only downside is that you're dependent on taxis or a rental car. This is something you know in advance, but the Tasleem taxi app worked better for us than, for example, Taxi Muskat. Often, apps don't work without a local mobile number. The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low, and the plates at breakfast were ice-cold due to the air conditioning. Orders also took quite a while at breakfast. But these are minor issues; we'll be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the room — so big, with lounge/kitchen/washing machine (byo pods) and the pool was terrific. Its a Dry hotel-so byo alcohol if needed. Mocktails are good.
The sunset viewing from the roof was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay in Oman and the DT Muscat. Thanks to the team. Recommend it to all.
Ps. Parking is easy — waze was helpful to get about as my apple maps app failed…. Booked a car thru sixt-expedia only $30 aud a day and so much cheaper. Some crazy drivers in Oman but always felt safe.
Lebanese restaurant 80m away was delicious too and supermarket was well stocked and only 150m walk from DT.
Great location, close to the Grand Mosque (incredible to see), muscat Opera House, Qurum Corniche and not far from port corniche.
Better than staying at the Beach!
Wasn't sure what yo expect in Muscat — DT exceeded our expectations.

Started off great. Nice reception staff who greet you well. However it ends there. My biggest pet peeves are shower stalls which do not drain properly You’re basically showering and your feet are in dirty water. The washrooms are also very tiny, like extremely small. Who designed this place? lol if you’re a big guy or gal goodluck manouvering in the bathroom. Finally, the housekeeping staff aren’t that refined. I had a few used towels which were hung back up I think as it had hair from the previous guests still on it. Even the bathrobes in the closets were reused. Sorry, that is not sanitary. Train your staff properly.
Breakfast is average. My favorite part was the nice washing machine and dishwasher. Nice staff tho. Overall the place is a low 3 stars and that’s me being generous.

The breakfast experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat was outstanding thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Tredalis. She provided such warm, attentive service and made every morning feel special. She took extra care of our children and truly made their day — always greeting them with a big smile and making sure they had everything they enjoyed. I had high hopes from Hilton due to the ratings. Unfortunately I wasn’t pleased by overall service. We had booked two bedroom apartment. Rooms were good and spacious. Kitchen and living area was nice too. I was highly surprised about the roof top pool and cafe. There was no one for any kind of assistance during swimming and cafe was close too. Overall it was not so good and not so bad experience here. If you coming with family and want facilities of making your own food then it’s good hotel or if you coming as tourist then I would recommend to stay near mutrah.
