Whery good place. Feel like at home. Clean, compfortable. Nice service. Place where you can good relax.

I usually stay here when I visit Muscat on the weekends. Lovely and accommodating staff. Super comfortable and spacious rooms. Convenient location.

The hotel in itself (rooms) was particularly nice. I have very much enjoyed the comfort of my room, the overall quietness of the hotel. The staff was also very nice and polite — but who’s not in Oman? I have had quite a few problem with the laundry (dropped it before 8am and it wasn’t ready when I got back 12h later). While the lady seemed somewhat annoyed, I have had to call in 3 or 4 times to enquiry about the delivery. They ended up calling me at 11pm to inform me it was ready. (I told them not to call after 10pm). I do appreciate the efforts, but sort of regret it was poorly handled overall. Hence the 3 stars (the place probably deserves a 4). Great location as well if you happen to visit PDO.

Unpretentious clean and centrally located hotel. Near some busy main roads but not that noisy and of course this provides easy access to and from the hotel for those wanting to experience more of Oman. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice terrace with swimming pool, gym and bar (no alcohol) on top floor. Taxis plentiful outside. Our room was v large (2 bedroom apartment)

Amazing apartments for a true self sustaining experience. Beautiful rooms with A fully working kitchen, with washing machine and huge fridge. The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding, I would highly recommend staying here for a few night to try all the different opinions. We had many of our wedding guest stay here and they all mentioned the service was friendly and professional.

Hotel in a commercial area, where we eat well and cheap, d a modern design. Very friendly and discreet staff.
After a long visit during the day it is good to leave the car and walk in the area, so you can find everything.

Fantastic rooms, convenient location, spacy (not ;-) garage, but restaurant and rooftop bar lack concept We were looking forward to spending the night of our arrival on the rooftop bar, but the only dinner option was a pricy seafood buffet, which was okay for me, but too much for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, the staff was not flexible enough to offer us anything à la carte, even though the kitchen was also catering the restaurant on the second floor, were the normal menu was available. However, in the second floor restaurant you sit in bright neon lights, being frozen by the air-con while waiting for your dish. The alternative option: visit Pizza Hut or Burger King on the ground floor — what a disappointment given that we would have loved to enjoy the cozy atmosphere on the rooftop.

Spacious apartment, well equipped and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the parking lot in the second basement inaccessible to large 4x4-type vehicles. Parking spaces in the area are paid for.

What a diamond this place turned out to be. Ideal for families. I booked a two bed apartment and it turned out better than the pictures and even bigger aswell, absolutely huge. There is an en suite bath tub and toilet for main bedroom, toilet and shower for bedroom two and another toilet for the main sitting area. Flatscreen tvin both bedrooms and living area. Lots of storage to put things away, kitchen area has utensils, full size fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. Top quality fixture and fittings. Burger king, kfc and pizza hut in the immediate area for the kids. Qurum city around the corner which has a big carrefour and ooredoo store (top tip: buy a visitors pack sim card from them, valid for 10 days-2gb internet, 50 int mins, 50 texts for 5 omani rials, yes you are most welcome). Underground garage which is free (getting in and out slightly tricky as its a little tight but fits a full size 4x4 easily, just take it slow). Breakfast buffet in the morning was fine, a nice spread (fried eggs, omelettes and waffles are made to order). Location seems to be spot on aswell, 20 mins drive from the airport. Other sites such as the grand mosque, opera house, mutrah souq, qurum beach etc. All within 15 mins driving time. Okay okay, Im beginning to sound like a sales rep so here I have couple bits that could be better. Rooftop pool was nice but the water temp was way too high.

Such a big space, clean, very comfortable, good facilities of gym and swimming pool. Goos Wi-Fi too. Have a washing machine in the apartment which is so handy.

Wow it's a very beautiful hotel. It has underground parking with elevator access. The rooms are just gorgeous and fully decked out. Full kitchen… Even has a washing machine! I'm really impressed with the gym and rooftop pool as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to others.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. The rooftop pool and the massages at the spa are great. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Carrefour is a walking distance from the hotel. I felt that the windows could have been cleaned. You could barely see through them and that spoiled the view from the seventh floor. Also, we did not realize that it's a dry hotel when we booked.

A splendid hotel in Qurum, Muscat. Centrally located, about 20 mins from airport. There are a number of restaurants around the hotel as well as a couple of shopping centres. It has an underground parking — so no parking hassle! The hotel rooms (I’d call them apartments) are amazingly spacious and so clean. There’s a swimming pool in the 7th floor and a restaurant in the 2nd. Breakfast was really nice.

Excellent hotel for relaxing. The apartment is very spacious, and there are two bathrooms. Good location for shopping and snacks. Also there are good options in the hotel restaurant. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. They are very friendly and genuine. We would like to say a special thank you for Yokuba. (sorry, not sure if your name has spelled correct!

Rooms are not only spacious but state of the art interiors. From the kitchen to the bedroom. Every detail is well etched. N makes u come bk evrytime u r in oman esp the roof top swimming pool.

This hotel is amazing they offer great service. It is located in main city centre which makes all the things easily accessible. This hotel never disappoints as the staff are very soft spoken. Underground parking is very tight for large SUV. They also have swimming pool and shesha lounge at the rooftop. The gym is well equipped. The over facilities in the hotel are top notch. Maintains their brand reputation. Would recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.

Great location, rooms and staff.

Very nice hotel while in muscat specially for families. Big clean rooms, very clean. The down side only was parking under ground was a bit scary in u r driving an 4x4 cat. There was I pleasant smell in the entrance needs to be checked. My overall experience was amazing and totally recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place to live in oman Muscat. Clean place, comfortable beds, friendly service and superb customer care love the place for family… at night you can have some coffee with Sisha in front of the pool.

Great place to stay in muscat spacious rooms with big beds. All rooms have great value for money and vreat features to offer. Im in love with this hotel.
