Although I always stay here for my work reason BUT hotel atmosphere is so pleasant and have a feeling of relaxing after long hard at work in field.

Crowne plaza duqm is the best place where you enjoy with your family &friend it beautiful decoration with light, some kind of monument, photo frame, it’s also surrounded with beautiful tree surroundings with grasses it also sea facing I m just speechless describing about this Crowne plaza @ duqm

Amazing customer service!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating of an extremely large crowd of desperate Sailors seeking some time in port. They handled themselves very professionally. Would recommend this hotel if you are in Duqm during a deployment.

Great Room services, The staff is very friendly and respecting like a VIP Guests. Duqm is mostly windy they make the arrangements that the room windows will not feel the air pressure and creates a quite atmosphere.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is really good and friendly. The surroundings of the hotel are very nice. The hotel is situated right on the beach. Breakfast having all varities of dishes.

A very nice spot in Duqm. The resort is outstanding; rooms are spacious and so clean (the ones with sea view are amazing — the continuous sounds of the waves are just relaxing) the food is great, the staff are so friendly and prompt. The only problem I’ve experienced — at least in the floor where I was staying — is the musty smell in some rooms. I believe it’s the humidity, those closed areas must be exposed to air for ventilation.

Every thing is good expect beach beware beach surface is mix of rocks, stones and sand.

I stayed here for a night and felt good. Place is nice and well maintained with good staff… Enjoyed belly dance and live music in frontier bar …

Best hotel in duqum. Good price of usd 125 including breakfast. High standard of quality as expected from crown plaza IHG group. Buffet breakast excellent. However be prepared for over ro 20 (usd 52) per person for themed dinner buffett. I love the crown plaza comfortable beds. Only one snag is that the beds are small for a 6 ft person like me. My legs were hanging. Management plse consider proving few rooms with big size beds for big fellas! Overall highly recommended.

This resort is a good get away from our madding daily work. Just had one day/night stay here and my family enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms were upgraded (as they say! ) to have a balcony view of the pool and sea. Rooms were spacious for four of us (2 kids included) and they without asking or charging, gave an additional bed for convenient night sleep. The pools were great and has one for infants too, with just a few cm. S deep. Towels are provided at the pool itself and the beach facing the hotel is pebble — sand mixed. Weather is awesome. Got a great complimentary breakfast with a mix of Indian, continental and Arabic foods too. Had a view of the bar too with live band too and felt the beat of New year celebration going on, from outside also. Felt that the bar music was a bit loud which can be reduced. The staffs are very friendly and gets a greeting wherever you go. Overall 4+ star.!

The rooms are nice, but the dinner buffet was 14 rial with tax and did not include drinks of any kind.

A beautiful place to relax away from the busy cities. Helpful and happy staff. However there is room for improvement for the restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. If you are allow, suggest not to accept rooms around first floor facing the seaview above the bar. Night time can be noisy.

Nice and quite hotel with professional Stuff. All were comfortable. I got swimming pool and sea view and it was amazing to stay in such room no 301 on third floor. The price is totally accepted compare with the service and nice view the only thing is that hotel is a peace of heaven in the middle of nothing. Dessert is every where all around the hotel but still nice place to stay couple of days before get boring. I higly recommended that hotel 5 start for you.

Excellent food… Every night different selection of meals… Beer is served too… Restaurant is recommended even you choose another hotel to stay…

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October The main reason to return to this place has to be the staff… Always smiling/ ready to help/ caring amazing hospitality… Have to mention … I being a vegetarian… it's not easy to find your type of food anywhere … but The Chefs here made it possible … Right from the Head Chef — Shibin to make something out of the box specially for me… to Chef Russel for the Amazing Chinese … and offcourse To Chef Shareef who made sure I had brea…kfast like a King … And then you have these lovley smiling faces (Beatrice & Maivel) always greeting you and wishing well for you. Laky and others to take care that I am happy with the food. Room service too was always prompt and great. Big thanks to all of you guys … If it's ever Duqm again … It will be Crown Plaza … Cheers,
