Loved the hotel. Clean, new and got good service. At the basement there are meeting rooms, gym, and PS5 in case you got bored and want to do something at the hotel.

New hotel with great location and view over Duqm. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Park Inn for 8 months and it was one of the best stays so far. I will break it down in categories:-
1. Room: Rooms are very well placed with adequate sunlight and amazing sea view.

We stayed her after 3 days of camping. Nice clean appartments, washing machine, great shower. Excellent service, special thanks to Khalid!

I would like to take a moment to recognize the front desk personnel, Imran and Praiyanka, who have been absolutely amazing during my stay.

Beautiful beach, very friendly staff, the café serves great coffee and pastries (recommend the el Salvadorian coffee).

Excellent service reception team is great.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and since I wasn’t familiar with Duqm, choosing a hotel was a bit challenging.

The hotel was clean and we had a large family suit for a reasinible price, the rooms were clean and all commodities available. The breakfast was decent and all personnel kind and helpful.

We came across this hotel while traveling by motorcycle to Salalah. We received a warm welcome from Mohamed at the reception and the check-in was very efficient.

Has always been my favorite hotel in Duqm while travelling for work, nearby to the city, can stroll after dinner.

I am starting by company booking, we are 3 colleagues stayed around two months. Everyone is good manner and helpful. Okay.

A wonderfully cozy, modern hotel on a quiet side street in Duqm. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, and high shower water pressure are all fantastic.

The hotel is so clean and the bed is so comfortable! It was a great experience because I could eat Korean food on the first floor!

During my recent stay at the Grand Orchid Hotel Apartment in Duqm, I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of accommodation offered in this somewhat remote but growing town.

This hotel is an Amazing place to stay in Duqm. Highly recommend Mr. Dawood the manager who is an amazing guy and his staff who are really supportive with highest hospitality.

Rooms and Bathrooms are good. Hotel provide essential items to fresh up. But refrigerator is not having any cooling. Breakfast given to us is good.

I was lucky to stay there during my trips to Duqm.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. Friendly staff. Its a new property, hardly one year old. We stayed there twice while going to Salalah and while coming back.
