Great hotell, rom was ok shape, location was spot on and service was awsome!

Sentral beliggenhet I byen, rett ved offentlig transport. Godt renhold. Hyggelig og imøtekommende stab I resepsjonen og konferanseavdeling. Rommene er nedslitt, særlig badene, det samme gjelder tepper og faste installasjoner I fellesarealer. Det er bare en heis, så forflytning I hotellet kan ta lang tid på tider av døgnet. Deilig frokostbuffet.

Foods and service where great, but there was not more than 5-6 different drinks to chose from.

Good food and staff, the price is a bit on the higher end but the service is stellar. Some servers and staff are a bit unprofessional but its not an issue of the hotel itself. Thanks.

Nice hotel, good value with a set of amenities expected for the price.

Centrally located hotel and just a few minutes walk to shops, banks, restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Only a 5 minute walk to the riverside. The central bus station is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel with busses going to Oslo Gardemoen Airport almost every hour. Fredrikstad Tran station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. A Free ferry boat stop traveling along the river is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with great food and a professional service to compliment it. The bar is very cozy with a wide selection of drinks. Prices are in the mid range and affordable. Highly recommended!

Knowledgable and friendly bar staff with a sense of humour. Good selection of beers and cocktails. Outstanding buffet dinner.

Breakfasts are awesome :P.

Although the rooms are slightly older, they were in very nice condition for their age. The double were very large, and had quite a lot of floor space in addition to a desk and a comfortable armchair. The bathroom was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which had a large variety of bakery goods, hot and cold dishes.

The beds are very uncomfortable, good position.
