Kjellingstraumen Fjordcamp Hotel

Great location, but the tentspots have no seaview. Owners very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Stayed an extra night. Borrowed a boat and caught 10+ good sized cod in 1.5h. Totally at least 40 kg. Great fishing! Spotted seal and eagles. Sometimes the bay is said to be visited by whales/dolphins. Fykantrappa and glacier Svartisen is 1hr drive away.

The camping was quite busy but had a lovely view over the fjord and the bridge. We traveled with a rooftoptent on the car and could find a nice place under a tree. The facilites were small but clean.

Love it. Great place. Very friendly staff. Adorable cabins. Facilities are good. Also it's a place of historic importance — old Sami villlage and some houses are rebuilt and preserved. So lounge is very much old-school rural house. Fishing is also very good in the area.

The owner is very friendly and kind. He was e welcoming to his guests as well. The area of the camping place is very cozy and calm. You can also go fishing as the area is surrounded by the fjord. This is definitely one of my favorite camping place! Highly recommended!

Very friendly, great location 20 minutes from saltstraumen, beautiful sunset through the bridge, reindeer across the fjord, great fishing opportunities. Everything was clean and in order. Choose from caravan with attached living room, caravan/camper van parking, cabins, tenting, or a couple of beautifully renovated old cottages. One of our best stops on our way north.

Very nice place. Calm and quiet. The view is excellent, the Kjellingstraumen bridge against the midnightsun!

Not so good accommodation. The personal is very hectic. The toilet is very special. The small of the hut is very disgusting and it wasn't clean. The view was beautiful and the camp was easy to find. The Wi-Fi was not working at night.
