Just returned from a great week up at Lakeview Cottage — Huso Lodge. If you're looking for something different to the typical ski in/ski out places that Skistar offer around Hemsedal, this place will do the job just fine! Great customer service from the team, thanks again for sorting out the hot tub Mariusz ;-) The only issue — that I've already raised with the team — is the quality of the Wi-Fi. A 'first world' problem I know, and shouldn't detract from a great location overall, but worth mentioning so as to manage expectations! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something away from the crowds ☃🏂😃

We (three families）had a fantastic winter holiday at Stable House. Spacious, comfortable & convenient. We even saw northern light during our stay.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of getting married at Huso lodge this August, and what a fantastic time we had! At Huso we had everything in one place — beautiful spot for outdoor ceremony, dinner/party facilities and sleeping accommodation for all 80 guests. We had a viking themed dinner with whole roasted lamb and home brewed mead and beer in Chieftain's Hall on Friday, and prepared the Trolldom for dinner and party Saturday, with our own bar and DJ. Our guests described the event as "walking into a movie set" and "the most beautiful wedding ever". From what we heard the party kept going by the jacuzzi and sauna until early morning. Our photographers were thrilled at the spectacular surroundings, and tell us the wedding photos will be among the best they ever took. In Gol and Hemsedal you can find everything you need, and we had great help from local suppliers of food, flowers, beauty etc. Steffen and Sara at Huso Lodge were incredibly helpful and thoroughly committed to making our event special from the moment we met them. We were allowed to come early to set up and decorate, and they were always quick at responding to all our inquiries. We could not have been happier with their help to create our dream wedding!
