They asked my friend to mop her room herself because the cleaner just mopped it. Very poor customer service. After paying 55k! The AC was not working, there was no light in the bathroom yet they asked her to mop her room 👎🏾

This located in Agodi and literally a walking distance to the university college hospitals gate! It’s accessible and one of the maintained hotels in that street. Ibadan has always been an ancient city with old building and facilities but this place no matter how deceptive it looks on the outside is quite enticing with rooms and passages and a pool and bar which I found to be quite relaxing. The M stands for Millicent and that’s all I remember from the siblings name lol. I recommend you stay if you have business wishing the vicinity!

Worst hotel ever!
Can't even recommend someone to come stay here. Room 52 I was staying was wack plus, I tried accessing the Wi-Fi, it wasn't working. Upon I paid 40k each day for 4 days.

Cozy place, used the place to lodge and prep for a study purpose. The place was quiet and calming.

The hotel is quite cozy and neat too. There was also power the entire time I was there. The only qualm I have is the pool maintenance. The hotel should put in more effort to keep their pool clean and available for use.

The receptionist is exceptional but restaurant food is salty and stale despite paying N4700 per bow of rice. The taste of the food is bad.
I opened gate by myself on my way out. Gate man was just looking till I opened and closed the gate. Fairly ok.

Location is excellent. The base room is tight while the higher rooms are good for the location and grade of the hotel. The challenge is that they may have to depend on generator power morenof the time which will affect their bottom line and in the long run, quality of service.

Awesome experience, price is competitive, the service and amenities really worth the price, it makes this place stands out. I wished they have really put themselves out there more to be noticed. Location is not too secluded considering other Nigerian factors. The environment is very neat and tidy, clean sheets and towels daily. Adequate security, just a stone throw from the governor's house. Food is excellent, complimentary breakfast is an added advantage. I got a discount for long stay which is nice. The service is just amazing for this kind of hotel, parking is convenient. My Executive Room is so cozy, I looked at other rooms before making my decision and they are desirable as well. It is an Ultra modern facility, I strongly recommend this place to searching minds. Also, I have stayed for over a week now, no mosquitoes, so far so good. You know what I mean! I am staying for about three weeks, I could use more TV channels to keep me busy, provided Wi-Fi is extremely slow, maybe I am being too picky, but just want to he honest. Finally, power is essential in Nigeria, I am giving this facility a 10/10 in this regard, their back up power grid is the best I have experienced in Nigeria. It only takes couple of seconds, almost like a flick to restore.
