Aaron's Place

Great experience at the hotel. Rooms are clean, and have a great ambience to them. Restaurant has some of the best food i’ve had across the world. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Enugu. Thanks to the staff and the team for my great time.

This hotel is nice and affordable but the service was quite something. The receptionists are the highlight of the hotel, very nice but the kitchen staff will stress you so much.
There's also the issue with the intercom, you could call and they won't hear you but you'd hear them clearly. Worse still, they won't call back.

The service was excellent, I want to receive the 5th star, hence …

Serene environment, though the entrance road leading into the hotel is rough, a little portion.
There're security CCTV in strategic places & security guards, but there is no armed security personnel — police, civil defense.
Parking lot a little bit large.
There's standard swimming pool, bar and pastry section.
No wheelchair parking space.
No wheelchair accessibility to top floor.
The hotel need serious fumigation, giant rats run riot at night in the swimming pool area.

It it's really a nice place to relax if you find yourself at Enugu. There services are top-notch.
From there bar, room, pool and gym I enjoyed myself.
The most interesting part of there meal is that they prepare it fresh as you order.
I love the fresh Okro Soup, Oha and vegetable soup. They were so fresh.

I always call Aaron my mini home.
Easiest place to cool your head off.
Depressed, then there should be your place to hide away.
Good food, it takes time though, I hope they improve.
Great ambience, I love the little art works.
The swimming pool, they do try in cleaning it.
Its located within Enugu town, and easily accessible.
They have top notch security.
I love there.
You could go there for a buffet treat with your friends.
Some of theit staffs are trained professionals, especially the front desk operators.

Enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Okra seafood was a good choice 😋

Service needs urgent improvement. I visited the restaurant section and the shawarma took almost an hour to arrive. The only food enjoyed was the fries and chicken. Changes need to be made to improve the speed in attending to customers order, I almost lost my appetite. Next time I’ll explore the rooms.

Beautiful environment, 24/7 power supply.
It has an apartment for family vacation, couple outing with a nice kitchen.
Good place for family reunion.

The food was amazing!
I found the curry too salty and the rice overcooked but it was a nice experience. Better than a lot of food you'd find in Enugu.
The interior could use more light. The restaurant interior that is. I like that it is just behind the reception so you can grab something to eat.
The rooms are amazing. Ranging from 35-60k, they have some of the best furniture and some of the biggest bathrooms. Too much talk, let me show you.
I loved the fact that there was a baby stand by the seats in the restaurant.

This place is actually bigger than you think… a huge expanse of suites and rooms. Quite impressed how they have managed to keep the service up.

I enjoy the place, well comfortable, well technological, well advanced and everything is standard.
The only thing is that: majority of your workers who work as services from room to room, such as cleaners and those service foods to the rooms, to be honest they need proper training. They lack hospitality service capacity building workshop and managerial psychology training.

The concept of the hotel appears to be very family friendly. Quiet place to spend good time with the family away from home. Limited choices for complimentary breakfast but their food is excellent and is my biggest take away from my visit. Some areas of their service needs policing but it's a great place to stay.
