Good customer service feels like home best place to spend your honey moon and have peace am still coming back to get more nice treat like before I enjoyed my stay you guys are doing a great job.

Came in from Lagos for a wedding and chose MUSE because it’s close to the airport (had an early morning flight) and not far from the event venue. Honestly, for the price, I was impressed.
I booked a standard room but the space was big — felt more like a deluxe in some other places. The hotel itself is very calm, which I really appreciated after all the wedding stress and movement. Easy place to just relax.
The decor is nice too, very modern… gives that Lagos vibe. Everything was clean, no issues there. Staff were cool and helpful.
Light and AC were steady throughout my stay, which is a big deal these days, so that was a major plus for me.
If I find myself in Enugu again, I’ll definitely stay here. Would recommend.

I came with a big expectation cos of what I saw online, but was so disappointed. Poor services, there food is nothing to write home about, no restrictions to some places like allowing guest to smoke weed in the pool area making it not to be child friendly. I’m definitely not coming back.

Should improve on their service, other than that nice Environment and atmosphere, delicious kitchen.

For me the hotel is trying but we need to put more effort like right now they are complaining about the pool TV, drinks is costly, lacking of food stuff at the kitchen, room complain.
So now what to do to attract customers at least at the bar.
We need a game that's attract customers something like PS game 🎮 and also snooker 🎱 from there they might buy some drinks.

My experience was wonderful, honestly saying I did enjoyed my stay, every moment and time was spent well.

The staffs are incredibly friendly and has good manner of approach. The 24hrs room service was a great perk. The meal was very delicious which made me order for take-away for my loved ones at home.
The hotel environment is very clean and and cool.

My stay at Muse Bouquet Hostel was a pleasant experience overall. The environment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the hostel has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day.

Nice hotel with beautiful scenery and comfortable. Although, they struggle with space so you might not have a place to park your vehicle when they are fully booked. Besides that, I had a good time there.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the free complimentary service at breakfast, everyone was incredibly friendly and responded to our request very fast.

Visited marina Resirt again and this time there was no boat cruise for tourists. The only boats available were travel boats and this wasn’t a good thing at all. Planned to visit the Twin island which has a deep history of being a safe place where Mary Slessor took the twins to back in the day when the killing of twins was a thing. You can also visit the slave museum, and sit around the dockyard and overlook the Calabar river. They have an indoor sports bar with snooker and table tennis, they have an outdoor space to chill, eat and drink. It’s generally a good place to visit. Entry is N100/person in a car.

I recently stayed at Muse Boutique hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made under the new management.
The management has clearly put a lot of thought into enhancing the guest experience, and it shows!
I needed for a comfortable stay and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay.
