Good care, good food and nice houses all well conditioned.

A great place to relax, with a great restaurant and a funky downtown not too far away.

What a wonderful time my son and I had at Villas de Polermo. The villa we rented for the month was lovely and well equipped. The staff in the restaurant, where we ate often because of the good food, were very friendly and looked after us well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn't stay at the hotel but went for dinner there, I enjoyed our meal. There is a lot of stuff on the menu that they no longer have, my wife's menu was about 50% masking tape. But the food was well cooked and service very average for Nicaragua.

We felt in love of this place. Absolutely a fantastic spot if you look for pleasure for a reasonable price. Staff might not be the best but the place is indeed flawless.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets, view, and pool. Free shuttle to San Juan Del Sur and to the Pali store for groceries. Our view from Villa 19 is just beautiful.

This place is great to come with friends and/or families. The villas are comfortable, and equipped with all you need. The swimming pool is big. We went swimming at 9pm and the water was nice and warm.

Relaxing place amazing restaurant food equivalent to US prices… clean ROOMY 2 story villas with terrific views. Away from noise of beach nightclubs and free shuttle to town. Pool is nice. Stray cat has to go! Food to good to share!

Picked the All Inclusive option here, glad we did — had a few relaxing days here with good food/drink choices and really helpful and friendly staff (especially Nolan and Josuay)

The place is beautiful, nice atmosphere but at the restaurant C is what it gets spoiled. I order a fish (Robalo) and clearly I ask not to put any dairy products, neither butter nor any other product coming from a cow. Then everything seems well understood … But, the dish arrives and surprises, the baked potatoes full of cream and all the vegetables buttered in full. I asked for this because, I make the milk intolerance. So even if you take the trouble to place a precise order, in the kitchen are not able to respect that. It must be acknowledged that the server tried to remedy the situation by bringing another tartar without cream and vegetables without butter, however it was too late because it was the end of the dish.

Amazing villas at excellent price a few minutes from town. You will likely need a car to get here but they have hourly shuttles to town if it works for you. Great views and fully equipped villa (central air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen, tv, Wi-Fi included in every villa)

I cannot recommend this place enough. Take a leap and get the all inclusive package, it's worth every single penny.

Great place to spend an afternoon watching the sunset on San Juan del Sur bay. You can go for the day using the beautiful swimming pool if you eat or drink something at the restaurant/bar.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CHEF! We stayed at Villas de Palermo on Friday April 1st to Sunday and we have a excdelente service. The villas are very comfortable and have spectacular views of the Bay of San Juan del Sur. Shuttle service to and from the villas is superb with drivers very helpful. The restaurant is first class with a local chef of great experience. We recommend you to ask for the special "land and Sea". A true delight to the palate. When asking for the chef, the staff was kind enough to refer and the chef very kindly came to say hello. QUALITY for your money. Very happy and satisfied. We recommend you do NOT hesitate to visit Villas de Palermo Hotel & Resort on your next visit to the beautiful San Juan del Sur. Special mentions to: "Johnny" Nandaime: driver

An excellent ambience, the facilities nice and comfortable, the restaurant is simply excellent, prices according to what served.

Loved the ambiance, the food, the people… that pool! this was recommended to me by a friend who also stayed here though only for 1 night I was lucky enough to stay for 3 nights!

The villas and facilities are nice. I would recommend it for a family vacation but be prepared for ants and other insects. Next time I would prefer to stay in town to avoid having to haggle with taxis or waiting around for the hotel shuttle to get back and forth.

It is the most beautiful, very rich food, but above all the attention of This Arlen chief of reserves is spectacular congratulated the Admon for having someone like her.

Excellent place to be with the family. Comfort and quiet and very close to the beach. Lack a bit of fun for the children in the villas.
