A nice quiet atmosphere to spend together with the family and a safe place.

Personally I recommend the hotel liri for the attentions of maria the owner of the hotel and all the staff who were extraordinary with access to a very nice pool access to the beach🏖 only a few meters 5 minutes walk along the beach to reach the center of San Juan Del Sur and with magnificent surroundings my family and I give it 5⭐️ thanks Maria thanks to all the staff without doubt we return 👍🏻👌🏻😃😃😃😃😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ again.

My wife and I just spent several days at this charming hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. Clean, comfortable, affordable, fantastic staff and delicious breakfast included.

I recommend this hotel with closed eyes. I loved its facilities, very hygienic and comfortable. They have a service of a 5-star hotel. All its staff is very friendly and detailed. The breakfast was very good. The truth was treated like kings.
We'll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel! spend this weekend and it was the best, the very nice room, the bathroom very clean, the view to the very beautiful bay, the attention and directions that give to the very good guests. And the totally delicious breakfast, the same owners take care of serving it and care to take care of you and make you feel better than at home! Definitely on my next vacation to San Juan del Sur, this will again be the place where I will stay!

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are helpful, the location is kind of a pain though because of the river you have to cross, some times are better than others but the locals have a little boat going back and forth for cheap when the tide is high.

We stayed in this hotel last may 2017. I loved it! Great service, delicious breakfast and so close to beach. Very nicely decorated and rooms are spacious. I totally recommend it to anyone.

Super lovely place. Everyone here is wonderful. Gorgeous pool, lovely common areas and the breakfast is very nice. Short walk to town on the beach. Hope I have an opportunity to come here again.

It is a small hotel with no luxuries… To stay a day at the most. Practically no parking.

The hotel is really nice and has the best breakfast of the 3 places we've stayed in Nicaragua. Stay away from room tho, it's on the ground level, super small and not great at all. On Fri (and I assume Sat) night there was pounding bass from the club's until 5am. It's not super loud but kept my up all night, in a light sleeper tho.

It's a bit of a walk from San Juan Del Sur but it's super nice up there. Not far from the Jesus statue if you're into that kinda stuff.

Looks much nicer in the pictures then in reality. Bit rundown, dirty pool, dirty beach. Far from center. Need a taxi or rental car. Rooms are clean. Cold shower.

The most amazing of this hotel is the staff very friendly we enjoyed our stay the place is just a house converted into a hotel and is very quiet, I just hope the owners can spend a little more money in a hi end emergency generator since the power goes out a lot in that area. Quite, friendly, clean, great breakfast. During low or medium tide it provides easy access to the beach. Or a short walk into town. During high tide you can take a small boat accros the stream. Newer and nicer then many of the hotels. Unless you want to be in the middle of town next to all the restaurants and bars this is a good choice. Pool is small but clean.

Breakfast was great and the location was only minutes away from town which is great if you want to be near but not right in the mix of the party scene. The service and availability of staff was amazing and they make you feel like you're at home. Great value for your money. This will DEFINITELY be where I stay each time I return to San Juan!

I loved it, recommend it, can't wait to come back! The staff was awesome, even remembering (my 2nd morning) that I didn't eat watermelon/serving me fresh papaya with fresh lime — accommodation our request to hang-out even tho' we had to check-out of our room when our request to stay another night wasn't possible, and extending every kindness! The pool was perfect, proximity to the ocean (good swimming) just right! It was far enough from the main area to feel quiet/peaceful, a 5 minute walk on the beach into town. Truly, I can't say enough good things. If you're lucky enough to get a reservation — add an extra day or two, you'll be glad you did!
