It’s a very good place you can stay in San Juan del Sur.
They have the best room and facilities and their breakfast is quite delicious!
I truly recommend here to take a vacation.

This was one of the best B&B experiences we have ever had! There was such an incredible attention to detail from the food, design, accommodations, amenities… The staff was extremely responsive and helpful in planning our blissful few days in the area. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and their tour partners exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

My family spent a week at this beautiful villa and after being home barely 24 hours, we already miss the experience. The owners Angela and Heath are absolutely 5-Stars, providing excellent, attentive service with great communication at every whim. From the booking process, to changing our dates, to taking care of emergencies on-site, they handled it all with the utmost professionalism and top notch service one can expect at the most high end establishments. I have traveled the world over many times and stayed in hundreds of vacation rentals, villas, etc. Elementos del Sur moves right to the top of the list in how they treat their guests coupled with very welcoming, comfortable and spacious accommodations. Her staff is absolutely amazing! Karina seemed to clean non-stop all day! And their cook Yorlenis Serrano is a pure treasure! The meals were prepared as though we were in a 5-star restaurant. I actually had to ask Angela if Yorlenis was professionally trained, because her plating. Consistency and quality was equal to that of a fine dining restaurant. And every meal was absolutely delicious from breakfast to dinner. I am glad we chose to have her make us homemade, local Nicaraguan dishes daily. Everything was amazing. And the cost of having this privately done with home-cooked meals daily was cheaper and better quality than any restaurant in town. If you are a foodie like me, you won't be disappointed at all. You can't ask for more than this stay provided.

Phenomenal experience all around. The food that was prepared was delicious and the presentation of the meals was 5 star. The amenities around the property is everything you need and more. Slept great every night and enjoyed the owners ambience and good nature. Loved the whole experience and thought the staff was extremely accommodating and caring. I will be recommending my friends and family to travel to Nicaragua and to stay at Elementos Del Sur.

Elementos is a beautiful boutique luxury resort! It is perfectly located near both the little town of San Juan Del Sur as well as right across from the beach. The historic home has been beautiful renovated with decor from local artisans (the tile is amazing) and is set up for a relaxing and safe stay. The second floor wrap around porch has several hammocks and antique rocking chairs along with a self serve bar which gives you an at home feel. The private swimming pool is tucked inside oversized wooden doors connecting to the open air living and breakfast room. But the best part are the amazing hosts, Angela and Heath, Americans that bought and carefully renovated this beautiful boutique hotel. They arranged zip lining, private beach tours and recommend some of the best food we had on our trip. Plus breakfast is included with several local fruit juices and a new gourmet meal everyday! I highly recommend staying at Elementos with friends or family, it was our favorite spot of the entire trip and will be visiting there again soon!

Best vacation ever! Heath & Angela are awesome hosts! Their home is absolutely beautiful — I fell in love with all of their cool chairs, hammocks & beautiful home decor! The breakfast every morning was excellent & they always had plenty of coffee and water for their guests! They gave us awesome excursion recommendations & told us about all of the cool beaches to visit! My boyfriend & I had the most romantic vacation in San Juan Del Sur — & it wouldn’t have been possible without Angela & Heath!

Heath and Angela, owner operators of Elementos del sur, are phenomenal. They've gone out of their way to make our stay exceptional. They are much more than hotel managers — they are 5 star concierge, gourmet chefs, and they quickly became our friends. The property is excellent. We were a large group and rented the entire place… which was epic.

We booked based on the great reviews and we were not disappointed! They took a wealthy family’s huge vacation house and modernized it, so the rooms and spaces are large with all the modern conveniences. It’s a two minute walk to the beach, a fifteen minute stroll on the beach to town. Angela took great care of us. A winning recipe for a fantastic vacation. Appreciated!

A week of the most wonderful days spent at Elementos. Angela and Heath are perfect hosts and we wanted for nothing. Breakfast everyday was amazing. Beds so comfortable, rooms clean, modern and big! We loved our stay and hated to leave!

Elementos del Sur is an incredible hotel. Heath and Angela, the owners and hosts, are the best. We stayed for five days over the holidays and loved every minute of it. The property is modern, renovated and incredibly well kept and run. The rooms are spacious and with great air conditioning, the pool is perfect and the wrap around porches excellent. Each morning starts with a delicious breakfast. Our group then worked with Angela and Heath to book a variety of activities during our week stay, including a sail boat cruise, massages at the hotel, private chef for dinners, an ATV tour and hike in Ometepe, a day at the beach, etc. You name it — they had great contacts and helped plan every detail. They made our trip seamless and so much fun whether we were on an excursion or just reading in a hammock on their glorious veranda. Cannot recommend it more highly, if you go to Nicaragua you have to stay at Elementos del Sur.

This house has one of the best lay outs that I have ever seen! Beautiful open formats and large windows allow for an amazing breeze to constantly hit you as you snooze in a hammock by the pool. Ultimate chill. Heath and Angela are an incredible couple who are as proactive as they come. A variety of breakfasts were coordinated every morning and the beer cooler was never empty. There was never a time where I did not feel 100% accommodated for. Great House, Great Hosts, Great Food, Fantastic experience!

We travelled through Central America for five weeks for our Honeymoon. During this time, we stayed at some memorable accommodations; however, nothing compared to Elementos del Sur. The property is beautiful and modern. The rooms were large, very clean, and included all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and varied. The owners were fantastic! It is evident they are passionate about tourism and hospitality, and truly seek to make your stay a unique and unforgettable experience. They partner with great vendors, and arranged for us to participate in many great activities and experiences. There are so many fantastic things to see and do in San Juan del Sur, and Elementos del Sur made it stress free and easy. We actually ended up changing our travel plans so we could stay a few more days. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We hope we can come back soon!

We had a large group (14) and fit comfortably in this amazing property, so much so that it never felt crowded. We had room to get away on our own while also being able to enjoy group meals and hangouts throughout the stay. The property is beautiful and we certainly took full advantage of the pool and multiple relaxation areas throughout (shout out to the hammocks hanging everywhere! ). With private rooms and villas (each with full bathroom and air conditioning) that each have their own electronic keypad locks, we would have been right at home just the 2 of us visiting on our own as well. Heath and Angela were super accommodating, going on supply runs prior to our arrival and having each individual room stocked with our provisions when we got there. They even made several runs for supplies while we were there, never once were we in need of anything. Breakfast each morning was incredible and we had a great range of sweet and savory (favorite meal pictured). On top of that, we worked with Heath and Angela on setting up an onsite chef several nights, a yacht tour to our own private beach, birthday reservations at a great dinner spot (G&G is a must visit), ATV rentals (w/ a personal guide by Heath) and live music at the property, all setup before we arrived. We would not have had nearly as great a time if not for their excellent service. Even on the nights we ventured out alone, we got plenty of great recommendations on where to go and were beyond happy with the experience.

I stayed 5 nights in Elementos and these are my thoughts:
Secluded yet connected. Polished yet authentic. Simple yet indulgent. The large open-air community spaces were perfect for conversations over a bottle of Flor de Caña, and intimate air conditioned bedrooms were hard to leave each morning. Every detail was thought through with attention to the elements of life and I was left to sit back (in the pool), relax (in a hammock) and enjoy time with my family. The house setup is ideal for a family or group of friends, but my wife and I stayed an extra night because we just couldn't leave. After traveling Nicaragua for 3 months, Elementos had the modern luxuries I had been missing; not to mention San Juan del Sur is an awesome surfer town transitioning to a posh vacation destination with gusto! All I can say is get here before everyone knows about it. Everyone will soon know about it.
