I wish I could leave more than a five star review praising Tuani Lodge, it actually makes me genuinely sad that I can not. My friend and I were there for a long weekend and we had the best time. The location is remote but not too off the grid that we couldn't locate Wi-Fi or beer or surf boards — which is exactly what we wanted. The bungalows are clean, comfy, and spacious; ours had two floors, a huge bathroom and shower area, and a large patio area. The best part of it all, though, was how hospitable Casey was/is. Any questions we had or assistance we needed with the grill, getting to the beach and even learning how to surf, Casey went above and beyond. I have been traveling internationally for a long time and I rarely ever go to the same place location twice — But! I can not praise both Casey and Tuani enough, I'm sure I will return there soon.

Great spot! Casey and Rene go above and beyond. The beach was within walking distance and the howler monkeys were an extra special treat!
