Very good accommodation for the price. A bit of trouble with the air conditioning getting it to heat up. Great staff.

Good brand new looking hotel. Location is a bit off for touring Queenstown, but conveniently located by the airport. Free secure parking, washer and dryer in the room are a plus, full kitchen as well. Surrounded by businesses like supermarkets and restaurants.

The room we were in was much larger than expected! It was clean with a self contained unit and the bed was very comfortable. Not much of a view but you do have the sky so the sunset and sunrises are pretty good! The hotel is on the outskirts of town but on the road out to treble cone which is approx 15min drive. To walk into town is about 2km which is far when you meander along wanaka lake for the most part. They have bikes you can hire.

We had the pleasure of staying here in Wanaka. The staff were amazingly helpful after our little girl had become ill on the drive. Can not fault them and are extremely appreciative. Facilities were great, room beautiful and clean.

Five stars for the view on St Clair beach alone! Huge rooms. Powerful shower/wet room. Lovely hosts. And the sound of waves crashing on the beach all night — what’s not to love. (No elevator though, so you have to like stairs).

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, free parking and free left luggages for in house guest, 5 mins walk to town, 3 mins walk to TSS Earnslaw steam boat, 2 mins walk to convenience store.

They have vertical blinds that don't work as well as curtains but everything else was great — I liked how the bathroom tiles were heated.

Short notice trip, room was very clean with adequate utensils etc for my needs. The addition of the shared lounge, kitchen and dining area was great. Parking was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean warm room, massive bath with jets that I took advantage of. Room servicing was excellent came back from working a long day to find the room spotless and bed made. Excellent Wi-Fi as well.

Our room was great, slightly dated interior but overall good. Heaters are supplied, no issues with hot water. Only a small number of knives though.

Rooms were new and really nice. The service and response was also top standard. Not difficult to love the place but reception closes at 7 so not for those who really need all time service. Also this place has a parking issue which they need to try and solve eventually. It can get quite confusing if you do not remember what was told during check in for parking.

My husband and I stayed for one night in Quest Queenstown on Apr. 9, 2024.
I would like to recommend who visit Queenstown this service apartment sincerely. It’s really a comfortable place to stay and get a good rest.
First of all, the room is quite big so that we can totally flatten two big suitcases. It’s quite convenient.
Secondly, the room and the service apartment is quite clean.
Thirdly, the staff are patient and thoughtful.

Hubby and I love this place for many reasons. We live 3 hours away and it breaks our journey at times when travelling north. Our big PLUS is that we allowed to take our 2 dogs. A golden retriever and a wee border terrier. We take their own beds and they are allowed to sleep in the lounge part. The Motel has a wonderful doggy park just behind motels that is a large area with trees and totally fenced off.

Great place to stay with our dog. Fenced off exercise area for dogs. 2 bedroom cottage was spacious clean and comfortable. Great location, only 15mins into Dunedin. Plenty of nearby walks. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing lake views, great quality serviced apartment hotel. Staff just need a little bit of extra training to make it truly a 5 star hotel. Would still stay again.

Such a treat at the end of a months trip around NZ and it was money well spent. The perfect location with the most perfect views in the cleanest nicest fanciest flat that I wish so much I lived in The owners were so kind to me when I arrived and it was so so much appreciated. My stay from start to finish was honestly like a dream and I wish so much that I could have stayed longer!

I stayed here this week with my daughter. Our first room was a little on the small side so I spoke to the owners and it was no problem for our room to be changed. The room was spotless, comfortable, great kitchen and a view to die for. I will certainly be back. The staff are wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone.
