Fantastic cosy rooms and facilities. Parking relied heavily on available empty street spaces of which there were very few.

Bed-bugs, Scabies, allergy! Irresponsible and arrogant respond! Do not live here, skin allergy, long scabies, bed with scabies, clean extremely dirty disgusting! The manager's reply is not to pay the responsibility to shirk a dry two clean!

Centrally, clean rooms but a bit cramped, internet often slow and unreliable.

Superb place, right in the center of the city. Very friendly staff, and good amenities. Best internet we got anywhere in the South Island.

Pro side it’s the best location ever it’s just a few minutes walk to Queenstown central, eateries, supermarkets, Lake, Park etc. A short walking distance to Skyline Gondola and world famous Fergburger cafe and restaurant. Staff are friendly, lounge room is comfy and got 2 kitchens which are big and sufficient to cook a simple meal. Con side, the dorm room is too stuffy and warm unless you open the door at night while sleeping. By the way $2 per towel. Overall I like the hostel due to its good location and reasonable room rate.

Be careful! Employees will throw away your food in the refrigerator. Even if you have written your name. And the attitude is not friendly. But this hotel is in an excellent location and is very close to the city. The accommodation is clean and tidy.

I was recommended by a friend who stayed over here as well. It didn't let me down. Great comfy room with luggage storage underneath the bed and powerpoint just at your head side. The privacy curtain for the bed definitely makes you more comfy during the nights. Super friendly staff and great travellers as company. It is close to everything within walking distance. For parking, they only have a few parking spots on site, but lots of 2h parking on the street for daytime and unlimited parking for nights.

I like the bunk frames — less wobbling from others. The privacy curtains are a great addition. Kitchen and lounges were great as were bathrooms though a little odd to access from the room I was staying in.

It was just one night, but I can say it was the best clean and quiet backpacker that I have never seen before. If you wanna find a quiet and tidy backpacker, this is the place.

Great location in Queenstown. Easy walk to all of the main areas, very friendly staff with great ideas on how to spend time in a very cool town!

We love love loved the Haka Lodge. Great bunks with curtains! Clean, quiet. Lots of kitchen facilities and a cozy lounge. Thank you to the staff at Haka Lodge for giving us a great start to our trip!

Excellent place to stay in Queenstown. We rented the apartment unit, worked perfect for us. Was peaceful and quite. Good location, easy walking distance to down town.

Exceptionally friendly and cheerful staff, unlimited fast Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Clean rooms and kitchen. Rooms are a bit small. Large hotel-style bathroom.

By far the cleanest hostel I've ever seen. The staff were friendly (and surprisingly mature), and the Internet speed is amazing.
