We were there for a family birthday last weekend. There were 12 of us and we had a fabulous weekend and the staff were very helpful. Will be recommending to all our friends.

The powered sites where fantastic, the owners / camp operators where super friendly and helpful. Great facilities and top notch tiling. The towles where so well folded I was impressed is this a hotel or a camp ground!? ❤

Best holiday park EVER! We stayed 4 nights… 1 night in our camper & 3 in a cabin. EXCELLENT & CLEAN facilities! Showers in the amenities block are the BEST!
Lovely, huge & warm kitchen area with everything you need plus amazing outdoor bbq area. Thanks for having us and our extended family with their 7 kids coming over for bbq’s. We will be back!

Great place to unwind and relax. Well maintained facilities and well within walking distance to the beautiful town of Oamaru. Right beside the Oamaru Public Gardens.

Very nice room great service and beautiful bathroom. Had everything we needed and more :) asked for a late checkout and we got one. Very great service and would be back again! Spa was lovely and mini golf was a treat.

We love staying here. The accommodation is always spotless, has all our needs covered, and a great area for kids to safely play. Awesome staff too, knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly staffs. Greeted with a smile during check-in. Excellent services. Everything was fully equipped in the house. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Worth every penny to stay here. Love the beds as it has electric blanket in all beds to keep you warm during winter. Heated lights in bathroom to keep you warm too. Spacious living hall and kitchen. Keep it up! Great job!

Stayed in 2 bed unit by office and facing road. Very quiet. Lovely clean and modern unit. Amazingly comfortable beds. Lovely helpful staff. Easy flat walk to town through gardens. Highly recommended.

Lovely park like setting good amenities, but don’t come with a tent, park is sandwiched between a busy road and train line and if more than 4 hrs of sleep is important find another location, laying here praying for dawn to arrive still 3 hours away, I did ask for a quiet spot to camp.

Great location, right on A2O (Alps to Ocean) cycle trail and right next to the beautiful Oamaru Gardens, close to shops. Best showers of whole trip, spacious pitch under birch trees, and recommended best takeaway fish and chips ever, which cost $9 for 2 of us. Doesn’t get any better.

Stayed in a motorhome. Good facilities, very clean and tidy. Took a while to get a space to cook in, maybe more facilities required.

Clean kitchen and modern facilities. Wlan is free! Unfortunately, the place is right next to the road and it can get very noisy.

This place was just right. Spaces are spaced well enough and you back up to a public garden which is beautiful. All facilities are modern and clean. Internet was good. Definitely go see the blue penguins and steampunk museum. I would stay again without hesitation.

Convieient location close to town and the gardens. Good ammenities, though water pressure was very low in the showers. Loud trains passing near during the night.

Very slow but unlimited Wi-Fi, limited cooking spaces, no steel wool. Bathrooms were amazing best I've ever seen in an accom.

Very helpful and friendly staff, much appreciated. The only one in our 4x Top 10 trip to offer milk for our unit. Love the setting, next to that beautiful park, with birds and bunnies etc. A good sized unit but not that well designed (had to leave bags on floor and move them about to get around — some shelving and more hooks would be good). However, we really apprecaited the privacy provided by net curtains and the security provided by having stays on the windows. Sound insulation between ours and the adjoining unit was really effective. Nice quiet experience, even in school hols, thanks Top 10 Team.

Friendly and helpful staff, the facilities are clean and well maintained. The family enjoyed the complimentary mini put game across the road. The spa at $20 for an hour was great. If we make it back to the South Island we would try and stay here again.

Great layout. Small children's playground and a private spa pool open for a small charge to unwind after a long day or car trip. Friendly service and clean rooms.

Friendly staff and good facilities. If you pitch a tent you won't get a lot of space and they're a little passive aggresive with the notes in the bathrooms, but a very decent place to stay!

Very nice camp ground with grass sites. Spent there 2 days. If you have a small child don't miss the fire truck bath for babies. Very cool! A nice park nearby in short walk distance leads to Oamaru itself.

Love this place. It is beautiful place to go and they have two clean and large kitchens. They also has a washing room where you can wash your clothes. A very good free Wi-Fi.

Quiet campground, friendly staff. Even gave us a blanket to use free of charge for the upcoming chilly night in the tent! Right by a walking/ running trail leading to the ocean. Nice camp kitchen with hot showers.

Very basic rooms. Towels not provided and you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Staff seem nice.

5 Star. Great place to stay. Highly recommended. Owners Tracy and Shayne were fantastic, as was other staff especially Anita. After discovering that we had purchased some groceries before realizing that there was no fridge in our room. They went out of their way to put one in our room. The rooms were very clean and very tidy. Communal areas toilets, cooking areas, laundry and grounds were fantastic too. Very quite. Backed onto the Botanical Gardens. A easy walk to the main shops. Taking about renovating some rooms for families of six. Just add another set of bunks to number 12A. I would definately stay again…

Very nice clean holiday park, we were in a caravan. We did find the trains noisy (especially at night we heard 3 trains go by during the night and quite close by) also the traffic on the road close by. Otherwise good. :)

Just spent 5 nights at the park and can say we enjoyed every minute! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are spotless! Would recommend to anyone. Being so close to the Public Gardens was a bonus and made the short walk into town that much more enjoyable. We'd recommend visiting the many attractions around the area. Kurow Museum is well worth a call, the Elephant Rocks at Duntroon, the Flying Pig cafe (Beeeeauuutiful food! ), Steam Punk HQ and especially Scotts Brewery. Their Pinot Porter is something else and their pizzas are beyond description! Thanks Top 10 for a brilliant holiday! Have to say that if some reviewers think this is pricey then all I can say is, "you get what you pay for! "

A reliable place to stay with nice new and clean facilities. Would be much nicer to have free Wi-Fi, but it isn't much extra. On the pricier side, but it is a very well maintained place. Ground was OK for putting tent pegs in if you are camping like we were.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Location to everything in Oamaru was good. Facilities very clean. Nice touches. I'd definitely stay there again when I visit NZ.
