Very helpful staff. Assisted with a very late check in and parking for a long vehicle off street. Tidy modern room and close to the ferrys.

Lovely and clean … handy to everything; front counter staff always friendly and helpful. Close to where I needed to be. Couldn't ask for better accommodation.

Great location. Friendly reception lady. Room was a great price and spotless. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and also had a washing machine and dryer. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk provided. Would definetly stay again.

Close to Interislender, the room has a kitchen and kitchenware, the hotel owner is very enthusiastic for the English poor we introduce kitchen usage, five-star evaluation!

Excellent place! Lovely and new. Spotlessly clean and best of all great service! We stayed for couple a weeks wile house hunting. It was perfect!

We would stay here again! Tidy, clean, secure… but the place smells damp and is missing basics like Sky, stationery, a daily newspaper and real milk. Decent coffee and real milk would clinch the deal.

Very welcominh staff and spacious, clean rooms. Could be more centrally located, but still everything within walking distance.

Top for the price. The only lack: On our room there was only a small window that can only be tilted. Was therefore really difficult to get oxygen, especially after cooking, into the apartment. But otherwise top modern, ingenious bed, nice bath and good Wlan.

Great location, huge rooms and good facilities. Parking a bit ropey, but can't have everything.

Nice place, very clean, contemporary. Bed was comfortable. Small kitchen including cooktop. A little off the beaten path, you have to walk a distance to get to any restaurants, etc. On the expensive side for what they offer. If it was less expensive I would give 5 stars.

Absolutely gross. Drafty, damp and University level finishings.

Interesting location… no room service.

Clean facilities, and great value for money. Room included washing machine and dryer which is ideal for longer stays. I only had one complaint and that was that the king room we had seemed to be two king singles pushed together… Made for a rather uncomfortable bit in the middle of the bed.

Stayed for a week in February 2017. Good location to Government Centre, Stadium, and CBD. Close train and bus services. Very comfortable well appointed apartment. Clean and well serviced. Easy check in process. Very helpful staff. Well priced.

Manager is a very helpful and kind man, was very attentive. Absolutely our best accommodation so far in NZ and we have stayed at three places, all good but this place stood out.
Apartments is well equipped and tasteful.
If we returned wouldn't choose any where else.

Nicely furnished apartments. Close to everything but sufficiently far away from the busy city to make the stay nice and quiet.

Very clean and really helpful staff. Thordon quay is only short distance away from the CBD. Rooms, bedding and free Wi-Fi were a winner.
